Victoria was amazing! I had trouble with the online ordering system and she took care of me. She figured out how I could maximize my order and I ordered more! Which worked out for me in the long run! I'm never purchasing Pizza Guys again. The first time I ordered online, after it left for delivery, it took an hour to get. Needless to say it was cold. Today, I tried ordering again and ended up with the wrong pizza. I was supposed to get the Chicken garlic one no onions no green onions with pineapple and olives added. I got a half supreme and half bacon chicken tomato onion thing. Definitely NOT what I ordered. I HATE Bell peppers and onions.... $30 pizza and they offered a store credit.... Uh No!!!! Never again.

After spending an hour trying to navigate their website and having a ridiculous requirement for their passcode was unsuccessful finally calling in to get my order placed after going through the rigor remote of giving them my credit card three times and apparently not once did they ever get it right it's too much hassle much rather just go down the street for a local pizza joint where I don't have to have of this hassles to get something

We usually order from this pizza guys and for the most part have a good experience, today however was worthy of a review for the sake of giving feedback. I ordered online as I usually do, order came in timely, but it was the wrong order. I called to ask about it and they had me on hold for 8 minutes, my girlfriend decided to call to see if they would have her on hold as long as I was, her call was answered right away and they started to help her. They offered to send out our correct order if I paid for delivery. I let them know to just refund me my money because I didn’t want to pay a delivery fee for something that was their mess up. They offered to not only refund me my money but to also zero out my pizza and delivery fee, making it to where we got our correct order we had ordered and where we did not have to pay a delivery fee, and to make it right they would give me my money back. The person put us on hold one more time and told us that his boss said they were actually too busy to make the pizza and deliver it but that they could refund me my money. I agreed to it, because that’s all I thought could be done for us originally, but the fact that they offered the extra services and then went back on them made us a little upset. The person helping us was very gentle and kind, but the decision maker giving us the run around really rubbed us the wrong way. We have 2 other pizza guys close to us that we will be ordering from moving forward. We hope it was just a bad evening, but we will be ordering from other pizza guys moving forward.

The service i get there is excellent. All the employees are eager to assist you and have a pleasant attitude, one in particular stood out i believe her name is Marcie she is always eager to help make your visit a pleasant
How does it compare? Pizza Guys is very skimpy with the sauce, but I'm a sauce guy, so YMMV. The flavor is actually very good. And it is not as salty as Domino's or Pizza Twist. The cons: Arrived at my door 45 minutes after I ordered (I once waited 2 hours for a delivery by the neighboring Domino's.) There were no complimentary peppers, parmesan, or napkins. I removed the plastic thing in the middle and put it straight in the oven. Pizza Guys' crust is soft, doughy, and moist, the opposite of a good crust. 20 minutes at 400 degrees got it to an edible condition. You should consider Pizza Guys to be a "take and bake". So after more than an hour, my pizza was just turning golden brown on top and ready to eat. It really did taste good, not sugary like Domino's, or salty like Moutain Mike's or Pizza Twist. But with the almost raw, doughy, sort of soggy crust, I can not recommend Pizza Guys. Look elsewhere when the pizza craving strikes.
