I go to this outstanding place once a month because I enjoy the good mood that is characterizes this restaurant. The team is extremely cordial and experienced. The service is certainly fast. Also, the food you get is perfect. I came often and I was always happy. The payment is modest. I highly recommend this restaurant to to everybody.

I wish I could give them no stars. They messed up all THREE of my pizzas.. not one.. ALL THREE. I'm not picky either. If it was just tad little things, no problem. But nothing was right. Asked for my money back and they said they don't do refunds. Never Again

So...Our first time ever having a problem with this location on crows landing. So, we decided to give it another try. Boy was it a huge a** mistake! Got our pizza & instead of getting the stuffed crust, like we ordered. We received hand tossed regular. My husband went down there, and the FAT B**** manager, was rude. She didn't apologize for their mistake they made! Never go to that location. They're there only for a paycheck & not wanting to work or customer service!!! Go sit your FAT LAZY A** at home if you don't want to work you lazy b***** Give that position to someone who will take the job more seriously.

I placed an order on July 31 and everything was fine expect for one item. I ordered a personal cheese pizza, nothing fancy a simple cheese pizza. It arrived in a breadstick box which I taught it was weird. I open it and it was breadsticks with cheese on top. (Look at pic) I called to ask why and they put me on hold for 10 min, and a girl answers and says "we don't have personal bread for pizza so we just gave you that." I told her they could of told me that so I could order something else instead. Never seen breadsticks with cheese thrown on top until now.

Won't be coming here again. Just picked up an online order that included a double order of breadsticks and what were supposed to be Cinnabon rolls. The breadsticks were stale and had a strange sour taste to them. Threw 3/4 of them away. "Marinara"/red paste that came with the breadsticks had an awful rancid smell as soon as I opened the lid. Threw the two tubs out without tasting. Didn't get Cinnabon rolls as originally ordered, was given cinnamon sticks instead (without being notified of substitution). Asked for a 20 ounce Diet Pepsi to go with my order, they had none (and no 20 ounce diet soda of any kind on hand). Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I wanted boneless wings and pizza so I decided to give this location a try and now I regret it. The food costs more and arrives cold, I entered the wrong soda, and the delivery guy is the rudest I've met yet. I ordered online and my finger slipped and hit "Diet Pepsi" instead of "Pepsi". I had to call the store to call the driver to pick up the right soda then come back to pick up the wrong soda because it's an online order. The driver just continued to walk away when I told him it's the wrong soda. He shouted back that he's not taking it unless I call the store and they tell him he has to. Even after escalating this issue with corporate nothing has been done. The management at this location is just as lazy, corrupt, and rude as their employee.

I should have gone with Pizza Guys. I wanted boneless wings so I decided to give this location a try and now I'm regretting it. The food costs more and arrived cold, I entered the wrong soda, and the delivery guy is the rudest I've met yet. I ordered online and my finger slipped and hit "Diet Pepsi" instead of "Pepsi". I had to call the store to call the driver to pick up the right soda then come back to pick up the wrong soda because it's an online order. Well, trying to think of something good... oh, their online ordering system is exceptional! It looks like a kid's electronic learning pad eg hit the pizza to order pizza. It's so sensitive that it'll order something if you scroll down. But it makes ordering fast and easy. Done with this shenanigans. Back to ol' dependable.
So .. we called for a order to get picked up around 7:32 we ordered two pastas one chicken and the other one is marinara . And we also ordered a Cinnabon. Red flags when we got done ordering the girl we talked to over the phone didn't even give us a time estimate to come pick up our food she just said something about receipt and clicked on us , so we get to Pizza Hut we walk in paid for the food mind you they did not give us forks for our pastas and napkins . The marinara pasta had a lot of flavor we liked that one the most the chicken Alfredo was very bland some parts of the pasta wasn't cooked all the way very hard and not chewable . Would not recommend this pizza spot to anyone local in the 209 area.

I could see why this place almost has 1 star rating. Got quoted about 35 mins online for delivery. I called and they didn't even apologize or offer a discount . Mind you it has no been over 1 hr. Finally the pizza gets here and there's no cheese on one !! The breadsticks I ordered were very dry and hard as well. I called to tell them about my no cheese pizza and once again no apologies so I just said if they could please remake it and she said " haha okay" and then hung up. Kind of rude but okay. Well thank you Pizza Hut for reminding me again on why I shouldn't order from here again. Update: it's been an hour since I asked for my remake and it's still not here :))

Eating this s*** pizza as I type ... uhhhhh order and paid online . Pizza got her and hour later and it was the shittest pizza Ever! My crust had to butter garlic on it. The pizza is dry a** f*** and the cheesy garlic knots are burnt and hard . I'm so disappointed.

I just ordered a large pepperoni pizza from pizza hut. After they gave me the price of $ 33 and change I said forget this. I love pizza hut but $ 33.00 for one pizza is totally outrageous. I will never go to pizza hut again. I just can't believe Pizza Hut can still be in business for charging that much for one pizza. Never Again
