I've been buying take-away at this location on and off for a couple of years. I go inside to order and ALWAYS order the same meal: 2-piece dinner to go, Classic recipe, breast and wing, cole slaw for the side. About 3 weeks ago, I ordered this meal, drove home 20 minutes in rain with heavy traffic, unpacked the bag (into which the box had been put sideways(!!), and found - NO coleslaw. So I slogged back through the rain and traffic, spoke with the manager, received the cole slaw and replacement hot chicken, and drove home. I decided I'd just write it off as employee error. I believe the employee was new, or at least I'd never seen him before. I am usually waited on by a lady.Today I ordered the same meal (and the same male employee waited on me), got home (20 minutes in heavy traffic, but at least no rain), unpacked the dinner (box and cole slaw inserted in bag sideways rather than on their little bottoms), and - NO chicken breast! I got a very greasy thigh instead! I just did not have the strength, energy, time, or money for gasoline to do the drive again, so I threw out the thigh and had a sparse dinner. Thanks, Popeye's!I'd highly recommend that either this Popeye's re-train this employee, or put him in the back of the house where he isn't packing meals. And you can bet that it will be a long time before I go back to the Coffee Road Popeye's!

The service and food is amazing!! I recommend ordering your food in advance as they do have great food and lines either drive thru and inside are long on busy days. I recommend buying their spicy chicken, it is perfectly crisp and tender and the pickles are chefs kiss. The family feast is a great bargain for $33 you get two sandwiches, all cuts of the chicken, two sides and 4 biscuits!

It's fast food so you don't expect atmosphere. I know everything has gone up a lot, thanks to the governor buying votes by raising the fast food industry to $20.00 per hour. Don't expect a lot of the fast food chains to survive. The state can tell them what they have to pay, but they can't tell them they have to stay open in California.So with that said, you don't get what you pay for at any fast food restaurant now.
Wait if you have to use the bathroom.Parking: Limited amount of parking spaces. If you must go in to order be prepared to come out to a long drive thru line that hinders dine in patrons from leaving with little effortWheelchair accessibility: From memory I know there is one space for disabled placard holders closest to Coffee Road. +The entrance doors are rather heavy -

So I had placed an order, and long story short, half of my order was wrong and/or missing, luckily it was my half and not my significant others or else the whole world would have had to have paid. Anyways, I wrote a poor review describing my experience and I got a call from the manager Irene and she essentially helped me get everything situated, replaced my wrong order for free, gave me extra tenders and got a free drink with my sauces. Great customer service response on their end.
Charge for food don't even get. So sad have to check your order before you leave. Straight up robbery as far as I'm concerned. Guess that's one way to make a profit charge double on your food as not all customers get their orders. Not that they care I'm not eating here any more...
