First time here, didn't felt welcome, food was good but, served very little soup and meat. Apetizer roll shrimp was cut in 1/2 not aven a whole shrimp.The Superbowl was turn off and it was 2:30 when they close 3pm. Family next to me ask kindly why they turn of the tv. They said they were going to close down and didn't acknowledge her very well. He was more like stress. No good customer service.

Great food and clean place BUT the waitress (guy) skipped me and help the customers that came after me. Some how the casher paired attention and came to help the customers before me and the then came to me. Thank was nice of her.
The food was really good. I got fried chicken wings and chicken pho with shrimp. However the service was terrible! . The man in front looked like he doesnt want to be there. I had to wait 20 minutes to order and it wasnt busy. I had to flag the guy down Absolutely no attention to service.

We love Saigon One and have eating there for years. The food is always so good and always consistent. I would like to try more items from their menu, but we always end up getting our favorites, the Vegetable Chow Mein and the Vegetable Fried Rice. My husband loves their Spicy Combination Chicken (Kung Pao) and their Broccoli Chicken. They are so nice to substitute tofu for me for the meat for all the dishes that I love. Jason, and all the staff are great always very friendly and accomodating.
Grumpy old Asian man believe it was the owners brother , not friendly what so ever , asked to pay for extra lemons , he said that they already gave me some , I had to demand to pay for extra sides.. very strange the food is good I come here every week so to be treated like that was uncalled for , next time I see that rude man I'll happily turn around and walk out . Not going to be dealing with any negativity

Went here a couple weeks ago and ordered one spring roll. As I was eating the roll, I saw the cashier /waiter man walk over to the garbage cart with dirty dishes cleared from the table and begin picking the leftover greenery (basil?) from peoples plates. Then he took a handful of it to the kitchen, meeting a woman in the doorway and speaking to her about the handful of greenery before disappearing into the kitchen and returning empty handed. I'll let you imagine where it ended up. I was grossed out and couldn't even finish my spring rolls which were full of basil. i went to the counter to pay and told the man who did this that I had seen him, and he just looked down and said nothing. Sick-o cheapskates
