If you’re going to offer a new lower price, make sure you don’t kick it up $10 and you’re advertising a “new lower price” and have a different description on your sign then what I’m purchasing and trying to charge me extra money doesn’t sit well with me it’s not the fact of the money it’s a fact that it’s false advertising and when your assistant manager and manager has to be explained what the advertisement reads to get them to comprehend it, it’s a shame . I still got my refund difference back, with an attitude . Don’t get mad at me when your signage is misleading and I have to correct you. All signs for the patio umbrellas are coming down with correct description and price. Apparently the assistant manager had a chip on her shoulder because she had the camera men there this morning recording her, the customer should come first , sadly I had to explain to her the importance advertising and mark ups. Have a talk with your assistant manager and general manager corporate.
