I go here all the time and usually food is fine but today I decided to get the asada fries that had absolutely no sauce and couldn't even finish them because of the way this was prepared the food is like stuck together I really hate wasting food especially because someone took the time to make it but honestly when it is slopped together like this I have no choice but to toss it especially when the cheese has taken on the color of the parchment paper hate to leave a bad review but this is the only my point can get across without anyone receiving it as rude or mean these ladies work hard and make great food just a few things need to be fix

THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IVE TASTED IN ALONG TIME THEIR PASTOR IS SO DAM GOOD ITS LIKE GRILLED AND ITS NOT GREASY. THE CHULPA,ASADA FIRES,HAND MADE TORTILLAS FOR THE TACOS WERE FIRE????????????? THE TORTA WITH AVOCADO AND PANELA GRILLED CHEES WAS AMAZING.. IF YALL HAVENT TRIED THIS PLACE YET GO SUPPORT THEM I PROMISE YALL AINT GOING TO WANT ANY OTHER TACO TRUCK OR RESTAURANT. THE HORCHATA WAS MADE TO PERFECTION NOT SUPPER SWEET AND THE STRAWBERRY CHEESE CAKE AND FLAN ? WAS KILLER. THANK YOU LADIES YALL ARE GOING TO BE SEEING ME AND MY FAMILY A LOT.

Service was quick and the ladies there are super nice! I've gone here 3 times prior to writing this. I've had the torta, super burrito, taco, and birria tacos. Everything was super good! My favorite was definitely the birria tacos. I picked them up late and the food was still hot and the crunch? Absolutely insane. This will be my new go to spot every time I'm working in Modesto Ceres.

Tried this place for the first time today, and it was so good! We tried the crispy quesabirria tacos, and some regular al pastor tacos. The quesabirria tacos were pretty good, but the al pastor tacos were some of the best tacos I've ever had! I highly recommend this truck!???

5 star deliciousness. So this afternoon I had some time and I did a taco for taco comparison between to taco trucks a few blocks away from another. One carne asada, and one pastor taco from each. Took pictures and went taco to taco. Both tacos from Silva's were well seasoned and just tasted so much better than the one down the road. Served up with grilled onions and a half jalapeño, some radish slices and a piece of lemon. Service was great even though I only ordered $4.00 worth of food...sweet. Super clean truck sitting on the corner next to a bar/beer joint., convenient. I'd bring my family here for sure and looking at their menu, I will. Last words...I'll be around.
Easily the best Mexican food anywhere around here. Try their homemade pickled carrots, and pay the extra .50 for the homemade tortillas, well worth it. Location is perfect. Place your order, then go into the newly renovated bar, The Reef, and they will bring your order to you.

The food was delicious! You can taste the care and love for cooking in their dishes. My husband and I both ate lunch with his choice more traditional and my choice contemporary.They impressed us ? The best meal I have eaten in awhile.Turned a frown upside-down!We plan to come back and bring family.
