This was my first time in this particular store.It is a newer location.It was very clean.For some reason I feel the new Starbucks they are building are not as cozy as the old ones for visiting or working.The food was good the drinks were great and the young lady that served us was very pleasant and made us laugh and that was worth the visit.

Went on Jan 2, only car in line five employees standing around. They never came to window to give me my drink which was made. I honked my horn they still just kept talking to each other. So after 8 minutes I drove away without a drink.

This store is beautiful. The manager's work is noticeable. Everything has a touch of care and love for what is done. The store is very nice. Excellent parking and very friendly staff.

First time being at this Starbucks. When we walked in the employees made us feel like we were bugging them. One of the guys was on his cellphone and Made us wait until he was off the phone. They took care of the drive up before they made our drinks. Seems like nowadays people don't know what customer service is all about. We are living in a messed up world where there are no consequences for things. People just don't care. May God help us ???

The drinks are always the best here, I don't know if it's the environment or the care that all the employees give you, but it always feels like how are you true Starbucks you feel like. in my opinion, This is the best Starbucks in Modesto for sure. Also, every employee there creates that amazing atmosphere I go there nearly every day, and these people are just always so responsive and kind they're all part of my lifestyle now.
This Starbucks has good seating and a good staff. So many Starbucks have reduced seating or eliminated it. This is a great place to dip your coffee while reading email.

Worst Starbucks in the world. We arrived at 7:30 pm for some reason they closed the restroom at 8:30 pm for maintenance and remain closed until closing. Also, the red-haired employee was so rude.

The baristas are always friendly, and it has a fairly large workspace. I can usually always find a table near an outlet. The parking lot can become a bit backed up due to the drive thru, but that's not their fault.

So I was at this location today, and this lady was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I went at 12:30 on a Monday and I asked her how her day was while she was taking my order. Her response was " idk, it's not a good day, can you hurry up". And she also mentioned that this was her first week. Anyways how could Starbucks hire someone that is rude to her customers. I believe her name is ariane.

The Iced handcrafted coffees is not really that good at this new location .. the barista does not make the drink right at all and does not taste yummy like the other locations also bad customer service voices too.. the barista needs to start stepping up their games.&& honestly I love the one in Riverbank, Mchenry, and also the one on Merle only .
