Passionfruit smoothie didn't look nor taste good. Boba was ok, not as soft and chewy as I would've liked. No service whatsoever and the bathroom was old and smelled horribly. Added an extra star for the popcorn chicken. Also not a lot of tables and chairs to sit down.

Their food and drinks are good here. However, we might take our business elsewhere. When my sister-in-law and nephew tried to order some popcorn chicken, the workers looked at each other and said the kitchen was already closed. The sign says their kitchen closes at 6:50 and it was not 6:50 yet. My nephew was very disappointed.

My 11 year old godson and his 13 and 9 year old brothers wanted to go there, so, of course, grampa obliged.I don't really remember what drinks they ordered, but I remember they got the fried calamari and some chicken wings. They enjoyed it all.Seating is quite limited, but it's a nice atmosphere and the service was very good and friendly.

I ordered for take out. I got ice Thai Tea with bolba, Tea with coffee jelly, Tea with coconut jelly, and Peach tea with bolba. I travel back quite a way and notice the girls forgot my bolba straws so I had to travel all the way there again. Made a round trip and a half to enjoy my drinks and tofu bites.T4 has been establish for awhile and there is a combination of drinks you can customize. The shop was peaceful. I am not sure when I am visiting again. Drinks are good though.
I think this place only knows how to make taro drinks. This Taro smoothie was delicious but my two other drinks were watered down and a waste of money. Had no flavor whatsoever it was just ice and even their mini pearls were nasty. Smoothie wasn’t blended all the way my nephew thought there was rocks lol. I’ve been on a hunt for a decent boba place because most places don’t know how to make a boba smoothie.

I love this boba shop and is my go-to here in Modesto! I personally haven't tried the food here but the bobas are good! The fruity party wasn't too sweet and the popping boba added a nice mango flavor! There was quite a bit of people here but we got our drinks super fast! The places was cute but I wish they had more seats and tables so people can study here or hang out. Otherwise, I would recommend this place for a quick boba fix!
