It has been years since the last time I went to a Taco Bell. I keep seeing this commercial on TV about this new cantina chicken taco. I was a little hungry so I bought me one taco just to try it out. It was surprisingly good.

Walked in and waited for someone to come to counter to take our order they looked at us but never came over then I realized there was a sign on the register that said to order at kiosk as another customer came in I walked over to kiosk to place order and then someone walks up to counter to take the order of the people behind me terrible customer service. so almost 5 minutes waiting to order now the people who came in after us got their drinks while waiting for their food and then they got their food before us. When they finally call my name they hand the bag and walk away as I'm still standing there waiting for my drinks. They look at me confused so I tell them I would like my drinks and they have to ask me what I ordered because it's no longer on the screen.Just ridiculous terrible service. when I got to the car tacos were unwrapped and falling apart in the bag. Totally unprofessional

Needs to work on quality control. Rushes dive thru food, and in doing so they forget to add the nacho cheese I payed for to my tacos while also forgetting to remove lettuce despite both requests being on my reciept.
