Worst in Modesto, woman in there don’t even come to the register will stare at you while waiting 30 mins. Then you order online and tell them and you still won’t get your food on time to finish your lunch every time I come same issues terrible communication and customer service is the worst of all. I’ not going again and it’s across the street from my job the workers are terrible at customer service terrible

I never Leave a review but yesterday I placed an online order through the app when I went to pick it up it was 9:57 when I got to the speaker it was 10pm and I told them I placed an online order and she tells me they are closed(they close at 10) I told her they already charged my account and it had just turn 10. She goes to tell me that they already put all the food away and can no longer make it. YOU CLOSE AT 10 SO WHY START PUTTING AWAY THE FOOD WAAAAYY BEFORE YOU EVEN CLOSE I GET IT WAS NEW YEARS BUT DONT HAVE A JOB IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK UNTIL CLOSE AND CLOSE EARLY NOW IM OUT OF MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY ARE MAKING ME WAIT A WEEK TO GET MY MONEY BACK.And it has not been the first time they do something they have also messed up MY order or miss something in my order a couple of times!

Usually I don’t leave reviews on fast food restaurants, it’s a bit pretentious. But I’m genuinely annoyed at this point, I go to this Taco Bell a lot, and before it was great! My order was always right, the crew members were friendly, but there’s something about the night shift that puts me off.I used to work at a Taco Bell in a different town, so I know how “stressful” it can be, I’ve done morning, lunch and night shift, I know it’s hell. But y’all need to slow. Down. A. Little. Either they need new head mics or a new intercom, but they can never seem to hear or get orders right. I was charged for an extra burrito I didn’t order, and I’ve had previous issues with them forgetting items, or acting confused when I ask for a simple black bean substitute. I’m sorry but I’ve been there, and it’s not that hard to slow the hell down and making sure the orders right, especially when there is no one else in the drive thru. This has happened too many times, but this is the Taco Bell I go to because it’s the nearest to my house. I’m done yappin. Y’all need to take a chill pill. And rewatch the training videos.
