? I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and got a Hella greesy pork bowl. I do not eat pork and I felt sick later. Do Not Go Here The food is no good. They Do not care about us people, They have got shutdown before twice by health inspectors! Don't trust this Teriyaki King restaurant on hatch rd ! ?

I love the ladies that work the drive through. They are always very nice and hospitable. The lady at the drive through had an issue with a door dasher picking up an order twice and she was very concerned about the customer not getting their food and reached out multiple times and unfortunately the customer didn't pick up. But the drive through worker went above and beyond to make sure that the customer was getting their order. Very respectful people, food is always fresh and the conversation is always nice.

The staff was rude and the food wasn't that great. There is 3 doors but only 1 of the doors actually open up. And that one is facing the Cost Less grocery store. U get alot of food. Inside of the restaurant was fair and I got my take out order pretty fast and in less than 5 minutes.Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetarian food.Kid-friendliness: It's roomy.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they do have ramps for the wheel chairs to go on.

Only one lady at the window is nice. The young ones should all be fired. They clearly hate what they do. They throw your food at you. Slam the window in your face. They can see you trying to ask for something and they will not! Come to the window to check and see what you want, they will walk away so you can't ask for anything.I love the food. Sometimes it's burnt a bit more. Sometimes a little dry or fat on the chicken but it's very minimal and it's not often they burn the chicken too much. It's only happened to me once. I'll take that any day over their TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I have not been back. I can't pay those prices for girls who roll their eyes, slam the door and throw things at me just because I wanted napkins....
