The food was ok however, I didn't like how they leave the shell/tails on the shrimp and it's hard to get the meat out, they even leave the tail shell portion in the egg rolls (why? Just for decoration?). They don't use cabbage they use lettuce and carrot like a salad mix you'd get at the grocery store. The peanut sauce tasted weird and was bland and the fish sauce smelled like stinky feet and tasted like parmesan and rotten fish...idk...yucky. First time and probably last time going there.

I gave this place a shot this is my first impression, I will change my review once I give it a second chance.I ordered the chicken pho and shrimp spring rolls.First, the chicken pho broth is definitely impacted with too much anise/cloves the entire soup flavor was that specific spice. It kills the soup. Second, the noodles would not separate. That tells me that the broth is not hot enough or the noodles are stored in too much of a cold area. Third, I’m almost sure I was eating dark meat chicken, not chicken breasts. Which totally gives it a huge difference in the soup. I wasn’t too happy about it. Overall, I gave this place a shot because I love eating at pho places. It’s definitely clean and decent in price but not the right flavor I’m looking for. Also they only offered small or large sizes, I need a medium size. The small is too small and a large is too much. Please consider something in between.The spring rolls were good but not cut into halves. I like to share my rolls with my family so that was annoying. Peanut sauce also tasted like a bottle sauce from the stores. Not authentic.

I've eaten here plenty of times with my family. My husband did a online order last night and i went to pick it up with my son. We ordered 2 shrimp pho and 2 beef phos. When i got home they were all beef. So i called right back and i told them they had messed up my order. The guy told me to hold on while he talks to the kitchen. Well when he said that he told the staff "do you remember the fat girl that came with the guy to pick up there online order", well she said there all beef. When he got back on the phone he said they can give me a discount on my next visit. I told him i heard his disrespectful comment and i wanted a full refund. This type of service is unacceptable. First they mess up my order then they insult me. So because of this i give them a 2

It seems as if DoorDash orders are given a low priority on quality.Bahn mi sandwiches come with the toughest meat and the most stale bread possible.!I've eaten here in person and the quality is higher when you're there in person to complain,Buyer beware!

Don't ever listen to a white guy or Hispanic giving reviews on viet food. This place is not that good. Bahn mi sandwich was terrible, barely any meat and the so called sauce had too much soy sauce. Pho is pretty bland.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. The owner really needs to step it up. Went in today 12/20/23. We ordered and our drinks didn't come until I asked. After 35 minutes my son's food came and my food & my husband's was never brought out. I asked 3 times. Our waitress was embarrassed and I'm not blaming her it was the kitchens fault. 3 other guest got up and left. Every single person that ordered after us had their food. The older male from the kitchen looked so confused. So after 1 hour and 10 min we got up and left. Find kitchen staff that know what they're doing. And hire more waiters not just 2.

The pho broth here is definitely better than the one on Dale Rd. However, the place only has 2 employees working out front. There are a lot of tables and seating, but since they're understaffed, they don't have time to clean any of the tables. There were more than 5 tables that were not cleared. Also, why would you serve me or any other customers herbs that are wilted??
