Was in Friday a little before closing. Ordered 2 French dip no onions one try-tip sandwich and 2 fries. $60 I received 2 pastrami with onions yuck. Instead of the two French dip No onions. The rest of Order was correct. Now normally workers had been attentive and friendly. Not that day. Young girl in red shirt could of been more attentive to my order and my needs. I feel she was distracted. My husband tried to eat sandwich still but that onion killed it in addition to not the sandwich we was looking forward too. I called place but no answer. I left a message. No return call. Sandwich My low star reflects on Fridays visit. I think place has potential for more stars if they had been more attractive and got my order right.

The brisket sandwich was okay they and really small for $17 was not filling at all and for the price you should definitely get a side. Service was good very minimal.

Best butcher shop in town. All their meat is pasture raised or organic. I haven’t ate the food they make but their meat is the best quality in town. Would not go anywhere else. Look up their website if you want to learn more.

The philly cheesesteak was okay, I wasnt a fan of the sauce they put in it. I think it may have been horseradish, i'm not sure. Other than that, good sandwich. The beef tallow fries are a 100/10! Highly recommended! If they turn those into some loaded steak fries it would be a game changer. *hint hint* ?

If I could leave a no star review I would. My wife places an order for Christmas, the weekend of Thanksgiving. They asked us if we wanted our order frozen. Due to placing our order in advance we agreed. Three weeks later, no call. I called and left a voicemail. No call back was given. My wife had to call two more times and both times the associate seemed like they had no explanation for not getting our order (even though my wife was told my a woman that she was able to locate our order on the butcher's wall). Due me my wife's good nature she waited for our order (which we could not pick up until today). Which is 2 days before Christmas. Horrible service. So disappointed by the lack of customer service or responsibility for their inaction.

I stopped in to grab 6 pounds of short ribs without notice for a special family dinner. I didn't think they would be able to supply that much without notice, but they had it right there and cut up everything I needed. The customer service was great and the meat was delicious! Family was raving about the meal. We'll definitely be back for higher end cuts of meat.

Solid Cubano sandwich, In my opinion the tritip and brisket sandwich had good flavor but was dry and needs barbecue sauce. Their pickles are delicious! Wait times can be long for sandwiches during rush hour

I really tried loving this place.. I ordered 400.00 worth of food for a party and it was ok. So, my husband and I have been back MANY times. Every single time everything is different. Nothing is consistent. Today, no brisket at 1 pm. 1pm and no brisket? I don't understand. The food is probably a 5 on average. A 5 because of the inconsistency.. one time the meat is really tender and the next time it's as dry as the Mohave desert. The "garlic fries" have no visible garlic... like you're fishing to find one piece of garlic. And let's not discuss the sides. The WORST sides I've ever tasted. We gave up on those early on. The potato salad is truly bizarre.. I tried tweaking it, but that didn't help. The slaw is gross. Why not have a traditional sweet slaw?? The beans.. nope. And the BBQ sauce is truly disgusting. I'd buy the brisket and bring it home, with my own bbq sauce. Today. I tried calling ahead to order (which if they'd ANSWERED the flipping phone instead of sending me a text to order (which they don't even have what I order on their menu!!) I would NOT have driven ALL the way over there to be told there's no brisket)!! Completely disappointed and will never step foot in that place again! Too bad.. they COULD have something special.. but they need to have an actual "chef" create the sides that are edible. More consistent meat tenderness would be a game changer. Hope they survive, but I think most will get tired of wasting money on this place. After there was no brisket today, I went and spent my money at sprouts...

My wife and i stopped in for lunch, and we were impressed. The french dip sandwich and au jus was delicious and the highlight of the meal. the brisket was incredibly tender and the beef tallow fries are next level crispy and puts all other fries to shame. We will for sure be coming back as regulars.

This place is expensive but it's worth it. The staff here is very chill, and they are knowledgeable. There is a sandwich shop and the aesthetic/ ambiance is great. They offer frozen dog food as well. You can find a few small local items in the fridges by check out.

So good! The sandwiches are delicious and my girl loves the bone marrow bones we get for her! We are repeating customers. Thanks for the excellent service and great quality food!

Love this place for it's raw dog food selection, sandwiches and meats. Adore everyone there but received less than hospitable service from a new girl I didn't recognize. Short, cold, unfriendly.
