As big as Modesto has gotten, when you step into the Velvet, Modesto feels like a small town again where strangers greet you with hello and you're guaranteed to bump into someone you know. Breakfast has always been delicious. I typically order the French toast platter with ham (delicious) coffee is good. My son likes biscuits and gravy he loves it.
It was a very busy day and the staff did an excellent job. Food was delicious, on time, and a hearty amount. Manager was upfront and present ready to step in and help which shows he appreciates his staff. Are visit was on valentines day morning to give you an idea of how busy it was. Thanks again velvet creamery.
