Just recently went through the drive through, I understood they gave us the wrong order at first but the lady at the drive through window was overwhelming me by repeating can I have it, can I have it without giving any content on what it was while still continuing to repeat can I have it. In then end she still gave me the wrong order… that put a lot of stress on me since I’m currently pregnant.

My boyfriend and I come here often. I always get chicken nuggets because Google says these are one of the lowest carb nuggets. So he orders a "big box" or something and it suits us.The place is nice and clean every time we come.Surprisingly, I have not had a bad customer service experience here.Love their sugar cookie back when I could eat them!One of the best Wendy's locations.Dietary restrictions: I have to get low-carb sugar-free options

This is my go to Wendy's, simply because it serves the hottest food and with no extra time spent waiting. As an MJC student across the street, the breakfast here is the only reason I survived my morning math class last semester. The staff is always friendly and has a smile on their face, and the location is surprisingly clean.

Horrible service at this Wendy's! The manger is such a Bitch! She's been the same manager for years and they always mess up my orders. This is why I avoid Wendy's most of the time. So I placed a 50.something dollar order. I get home and I am missing food. I call the restaurant and the manger claims she put the burger I am calling about in my bag. So I drive back to Wendy's wasting my gas and time while all my food at home getting cold. The manager waves me off like I am some type of charity case that is in need of a handout, very condescending behavior considering she's a crappy manager that can not get food orders correct. Ugh my spouse was so pissed off with the mangers vibe that we decided not to ever come back to this Wendy's anymore. The manager is such a disgrace to this establishment.

Very good most times I go there but this last time the whole order was wrong I had to go back the food was cold and I ordered a small beans and it was all soup there was no beans it was very disappointed
