Introduction: - Just had to finally stop by this boba joint as they were part of my list of boba places to try out in Monrovia. I often stop by cup of cha. - needed a place to settle down and grind. What an underrated place for a dog friendly study place! I actually didn't like my drink the first time I came here but I wanted to give it another chance before I wrote a review and I'm glad I did because the drink was great (the second time around). First time around I got the phoenix oolong milk tea. I think my mistake was that I made it 25% sweet and it just didn't taste good/satisfying.
