Always great food service and music. Everything on the menu is delicious Fresh hand made tortillas and cinnamon coffee. Please add name to wait list via yelp as there is always a wait to be seated but worth the wait.

Great food. Excellent service (Patty). Food is authentic fresh. Can get busy for breakfast. Would recommend joining waitlist. Without waitlist can get up to 1-2hr wait. The Pueblano chilaquiles were great. Menudo is great on weekend. The hostesses at front counter seem like not that happy. No smiles or welcome. Very business attitudes.

I wanted to have a pleasant experienceWhen we arrived, no one welcomed us on a tablet, they put their name, the wait was approximately 40 minutes and they did not speak to us, my daughter went to ask if we were close and the waitresses said that there was a technical failure and that her name did not appear on the tablet. list obviously we had to wait another 30 minutes and we were not the only ones waiting after they told us we had to wait again but we found a table on the patio to avoid further delay they took our order and the chilaquiles were not spicy at all I asked them a separate sauce that was spicierCafé de Olla, in my opinion, is not Café de Olla, nothing like the original Café de Olla, obviously my review and I will definitely not return.

Out first time there, we loved it. The service and food were excellent. The show stealer was the guava cheese rolls...I never thought I would say this, but Portos Bakery is no longer my go to for gauva cheese rolls. The rolls were FILLED with guava and cheese and were FRESH.

Food does not taste good. I got a burger and my parents got sandwiches. The cakes are good but customer service is non existent here. I went to get a cake for my brother’s birthday today. My mom and I waited for 10 minutes throughout which 3 employees passed by and no one acknowledged we were there. Mind you one of them was busy making drinks. No hello or we’ll be right with you or anything. A simple hello give me a moment and/or I’ll be right with you goes a long way. One employee came to the front and stared at her phone and called someone and started talking on the phone as if they didn’t have waiting customers. VERY RUDE! Thankfully there’s a Merengue up the street and we decided to take out business there where it is appreciated.

We only went for an evening coffee. The menu looked really good. Especially for breakfast. The bakery goods also looked great. Would love to go back to have a meal.

Hostess Malena did not provide a warm and welcome environment. When it was time to be seated, she was rude! Asked us if our party of 8 was all there and we said yes, 2 of our girls were in the restroom. She counted 6 people and went on to ask again and was rude about it. After telling her 2 were in the restroom she went on to say they have a time limit and our time starts when we're seated. Now for the 3rd time we had to say our entire party was there. She is in much need of additional training to perform her job adequately.

It appears they are more interested in gathering your personal information than welcoming you. Hostess need more tranning on welcoming guests.
