Got a bowl to go for a family member. Ingredients looked fresh but low on quantity when I was being served. Restaurant was clean inside, but patio wasn't trash and food particles on the tables. The service was quick, not one of them smiled, they seemed disinterested that I was a customer. Especially the young lady who rang my order, she was leading against the counter and seemed unhappy. I don't usually have a problem with chipotle and the staff are super friendly. But they lie through their teeth about their chips. They claim that all chips are made fresh every day and yet, every time I get chips, I get super stale ones that are overly salted. I used to work in the food industry and I know when something has been reused. They take the chips from the night before and add it with the new chips they're frying, resalt them, then bag them up.
