I was in the area for work and went to grab some food. I asked the lady 3 times for the iced biscuits through the driver through the speaker. I get to the window and ask again if this is the iced biscuits because the last time I got them, they came in a box, not a bag . The young lady assured me it was the right thing. Well needless to say it was not the correct order and the line was wrapped around the building so I had to go inside and wait in line to have my order corrected I will not be going back to this location.

Not only I was ignored as a customer, she laughed and looked on the floor when I acknowledged her behavior with another customer. Her lack of professionalism needs to be reviewed by supervisors.

It was busy tuesday when we got there . They have 2 special on this day. 3 pieces & a biscuit for $4.99 or 2 pieces & a biscuit for $3.99. Biscuits are the bomb. If you love fried chicken than this is your place. The people here are very kind and respectful. I usually by lunch and my dinner here .

I wish there were more Churches chicken around. Sad to see a lot have closed but glad this one is still around and great as ever. It's a drive for me to visit, but worth it every time.
This employee was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional tours my family and my kids . Felt as she was being discriminated me . Also she pull out the middle finger . In front of my kids which they are 1 year - 5 years old . We were excited that we were going to have dinner we came from Azusa . Ca . We pull up to the drive through I wanted to order couldn’t really understand what the employee was saying on the speaker and I let her know that I couldn’t hear her so I pull up to the window and than she had me waiting 20 minutes on the window with my kids and my wife and yet she took the order from two cars behind me but not mine than she opens window and say that no service . Again I was waiting 20 minutes . Than she threats me by saying calling the police I said go ahead . Than she takes out the middle finger at me and felt disrespected with my kids and my wife that’s not okay with hat she reacted nor she explain why I couldn’t order very unprofessional and felt discriminated. .
