Pretty bad customer service. Takes forever to answer the phone, not sure if the managers really aren’t there or they just don’t want to fix any type of inconvenience. For this pricy of ice cream you would think there would be better service

Hello I usually do not come to this location but I had a very bad time... The personal was very rude and it seemed that they wasn't in the mood to give service and make their job in a proper way... Very disappointing not coming back.

Showed up at 9:28 and had door slammed in our face by an ignorant employee telling us that the establishment was closed. In picture provided shows the closing time to be 10:30. Get it together!

Order a cake for in advance for a birthday party at 230 went to pick up store was closed waited an hr for some one to show up and no one came , manager was so unprofessional didn’t call nor text about order also when spoke to manager he was rude and didn’t want to refund for compensate just blamed his workers and threatened to fire his employee, and when i finally was able to get cake looked like a 5 year old did the cake and it was not what I ordered worse I’d give no stars if I could

Google says they close at 10 but they got rid of all the ice cream by 9:45. Had to go over to moo moo Mia. Very disappointing.

This is the most humiliating 30th birthday cake ever. It tasted as bad as it looks. My family didn't even want to eat it. Tossed in the trash. My poor daughter. I'm so disgusted and embarrassed.Sent complaints that were received but never got a reply. I want a refund. You owe my daughter a decent cake. Here's a picture of the $70.00 dollar cake. What a waste.

Came in tonight at 9:20 to grab some ice cream and requested founders favorite. Only to be told by the young lady that they put that ice cream away. All the add ons were already put away from the night and majority of the ice cream. She went on to say they are almost closed but I said you guys close at 10pm and she says it's slow so everything gets put away early. No point of having the door open for guest to come in if you're not going to serve them what they want.

i seriously don’t know how this location hasn’t been flagged by Corporate, i worked here a long with many of my old coworkers i met, couple weeks later almost everyone quit leaving me in charge of everything! i was training people left and right tryna keep the store running, what did the managers do? NOTHING. this store is run by a couple who are barley even there, they leave it to 16-18+ groups of pre teens and young adults to handle a whole business with NO proper training! later because I couldn’t handle all the pressure they gave me and after staying back hours to make ice cream, i finally ended my shift. the next day i get a text from Amira, Rachids (owner) wife, and she said my check would be at the store. disclaimer, they were ALWAYS late with the checks.. how would they already have mine?? not only did they fire me, they had un trained NEWBIES handling a whole store by themselves. i went back to this location today and saw the cakes half msde and so melted, cookies looking so messy and the employees were so rude. someone really needs to check this company.

I haven’t been here for a long time, and boy had it gone from bad to worse. Icy texture and so totally overpriced! 8.99 for the smallest size is WAY too much for what you get. It would cost me $60 to get ice cream for my family, and the quality of ice cream has really declined. I give it two stars because the gal serving us is very sweet.
Excuse me, but what is this? I paid around 40 dollars, and it looks like a small child made it. The strawberries were horrible, as you can tell in the picture. One was already rotting. I'm not sure what happened this time, but this cake isn't acceptable. Don't even get me started with the writing. Looks like they were running out of space or almost mispelled it and tried to fix it. I won't be buying any more cakes from this location. It tasted good, there's no doubt but I can't believe this is what they give out to their customers.

I really don't know what is going on with this location. They are supposed to be open, but when I arrived today (Friday, July 21, 2023) the door was locked. They didn't pick up my phone calls either.
