Easter Sunday @ 1pm. 3-31-24After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I asked for a refund. I had to go. Also disappointing was the large guy giving me the refund but making an excuse of me sitting in a booth waiting. Huh? All he should have said is So sorry for the inconvenience and no one knew where your order should go. So the food went in the trash.Beware people. If you don’t sit on the counter or stand they will not want to give you your order. It’s too much of an inconvenience to walk over to a person sitting in a booth. So off to Burger King…..

I'm sick and tired of this bad establishment. This is the 3rd time they have screwed up my order. The night shift crew is beyond terrible. I have to basically shout so they an understand my order. First time I told them I wanted 1 ultimate cheeseburger combo, they gave me someone else's order (this was a year ago). Then the next time they messed up was when I ordered tacos and told them to put hot sauce in the bag, guess what, they didn't. Third time was tonight, I asked for a combo meal and mini churros. The churros were on the screen. I check the bag after I had already left and it was not in there nor was there a straw. I am never coming back to this location again, I'm going to a different one in my city. They didn't even give me a receipt.

Food's always good here and the drinks are bubbly. ? No flat soda ever buttt there's evidently a sharp contrast between dining in versus utilizing the drive thru. Drive thru line can get long but is always quick and orders are always correct. Unfortunately dining in is a different story. I've eaten lunch at this location twice in the last 2 weeks and both visits were basically identical. Once you walk in, you literally have to yell and wave down (total exaggeration) an employee to help you at the register. The whole crew's top priority is to expedite the drive thru line versus assisting dine in customers. They make it feel like you're disrupting their flow when trying to make an order or even pick up an app order. Drink dispenser inside the dining area sometimes carries flat soda or watered down juice. ?

Thanksgiving, stop by here for Ice Tea they stay open late. Always remember to say Senior when you get to the window to pay. Jack gives you discount on your drinks only. Age 55 and over 20% discount.

The night employees at this location consistently put cones in the drive through to pretend like the store is closed so they don't have to do any work. Every single person who works the night shift should be fired.

Any condiments or anything I need I had to ask twice to get it! Mayonnaise, creamer, sweetener, napkins! This is the reason I don't like to eat out anymore! Because the workers at most of the fast food restaurants have a rooting and they don't want to go outside of that!

I went for breakfast. I was greeted as I walked in. That was nice. Placed my order - Croissant Deluxe with ham and bacon. With a potato cake and orange juice. Pretty basic.The croissant seemed smaller that what I remember in years past. Everywhere is cutting back.The potato cake was a bit greasy and not crispy enough for my liking.The polite staff made it worth the visit. The food not so much.All in all you get what you pay for I suppose. Decent. Not great.

Service was extremely slow! They focus on drive thru. I waited 25 minutes for 1 burger! Not please, after the 25 minute wait realized they gave me the WRONG burger. It was take out i wasn't going to go back to wait another 25 !!!
