Whoever was working on the counter and baking the pizza on 03/19/24 at 8pm was the worst worker ever. I ordered online and the estimated pick up was 8:10. I arrived at 8:15 and that staff told me it would take 10 more minutes. I asked for an update after 15 minutes and that was the only time that she handed the receipt for online order to guy who was making the pizza. I asked to cancel the order for refund because I could no longer wait for 15 more minutes for the pizza - I only had 30 minute break from work. And yes, my entire lunch break was wasted for nothing. To make things worst, I was charged $19, but she gave me $15 cash for refund. She said online order charges more, so she can only give me what their restaurant is charging. She said I can get the full $19 refund , but it can only be processed at a later time so she would just take note of it - hell no she’s gonna do it. She is lazy doing her job, what’s the chance that she is actually going to process my online refund - so I took the cash instead. They wasted my time and stole $4 from me. This place needs to replace their staff. No wonder why this place has low ratings.

I spent 30 minutes trying to order online without any success wouldn't accept the order and then when I tried calling three separate times it rang at least 30 times each time until I gave up try to order 7 pies and had no success at all we finally ordered from blaze Pizza much success at blaze. Will never even attempt to order from here again

My partner and I were looking for a place to have a mini celebration for our anniversary and we decided to get creative and have dinner at Pieology! We both decided to create our own pie and it was SO DELICIOUS! Staff were very kind and prepared our pizzas with so much love, patience and care! Their customer service is exceptional! You MUST try the Guava refresher! The ambience was very pleasant and clean! We were also able to enjoy and watch the replay of our favorite team winning again!! GOO 49ERS!! Definitely a place we recommend! It honestly gets better each visit! We love it here!!

Unfortunately, when I went there yesterday I read the sign and I ordered two pizzas, understanding what Bogo stands for. Buy one get one. I thought I was getting a great deal. When I got to the register, the woman asked me what my third pizza was and I was confused she explained to me what Bogo stands for to them . By two get one free!! After a brief explanation as to what Bogo stood for she offered to take the sign down as it was misleading, went back in the next day, and the sign is still up

I love Pieology!! My friends and I frequent this location quite often and I could literally go there every week it's so good. The only complaint I have is in regards to the strange sulfur odors That seem to come from the restroom area. This is not your typical restroom smell it is very much a sulfur smell and I think it must be some kind of plumbing problem but in any case they should get it checked out because it's a food establishment. The people are great the food is great but the plumbing problem or whatever that is if it's a drainage problem I don't know should be looked at. Everything else is great!
