Last 2 times they messed up my order completely. They were online order so should have had enough time to do correctly . Nope and I go after work just before closing so if its wrong I can't fix it. Might have to drive further if I want peopeyes now.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I had such a horrible experience at this establishment tonight and I will not return back. I received a coupon for a $7.99 chicken tender meal which expires on 2/28/24. I ordered my meal along with an apple pie and went to the check out. I handed the cashier my coupon and debit card and rang me up (I was in the drive through btw.) She then told me that there is a wait for the apple pie and that she was going to give me a cheesecake instead. I told her that I wanted the apple pie. I got a notification from my bank (i have an alert set up for my transactions) and I saw that I was charged $14.09. I asked the cashier how was I charged that amount when I gave you a coupon for my meal which should have been $7.99 and my pie would have added another $1.20? She said there's nothing that she can do since she already rang me up and they don't give refunds. I was highly annoyed. She handed me my food. and when I checked my bag the cheesecake that I didn't want was in there and no apple pie.

When going through the drive-thru, the service does not meet expectations. When someone places an order, drives up to the window, then they let you know it will take an additional 5-10 minutes for the item you ordered if you would still want it. Employees should let the customer know when they order, this way, it is confirmed and you may proceed with making the item. By waiting until the customer arrives at the window, are you expecting them to change their mind because of the delay? The service does not make much sense...Love the chicken, but the service leaves more to be desired.

Its Popeyes, need I say more about the chicken sandwich? IYKYKAnd the classic red beans and rice!?Their seasonal lemonade is very sweet (if you like very sweet items, get the mango one.)This location's staff has a good team, who was very helpful in answering questions for returning and new customers.

I am so upset with this Popeys location. I spent $57.63 on chicken today. That was completely wrong! This is not the first, second, or even the tenth time that this Popeys location has messed up my order. I have never complained about the poor service in the past but this time I had the worst experience. I tried to call popeys for over an hour with no success, and I came to find out that the number that they have listed is not even associated with their location. This location dose't even have a working phone! I had to actually drive to the location. Once there, I was able to speak with the manager. I told her what the situation was I asked her for a refund for the chicken to my credit card or a credit for chicken in the future. She told me that she needed to call her boss.When she came back, her boss was on her cell phone. I explained the situation to him and told him that he didn't have a working phone for his Popeye location and also that his manager, should be able to make executive decisions for that location. RUBEN , then cut me off and told me what is the problem. I explained to him all of the above. He told me he's not gonna give me a refund. Because I do not have the chicken in front of him, and anybody can go pick up a receipt off the ground and come back and ask for a refund. I then told him, "That's the stupidest answer that anybody could ever give." Because I wouldn't ask for it to go back to my credit card if I wanted cash.And as most people know, nobody picks up receipts on the ground and goes back to an establishment to ask for money back to somebody else's credit card. I'm saying all this to say. He didn't want to give me his name. Because he's the franchise owner. His name is Ruben, he wouldn't give me his last name.Please, know who you're spending your money with. Because this is some business owner that does not know how to run a business. None of the workers had hair nets on none of the workers had gloves on. Also, they don't even have a phone if something was to happen as an emergency. So he's definitely not representing Popeyes as a whole and popeye should know! RUBAN is also the franchise owner. He doesn't even give his employees The proper tools to run a successful business. Don't eat at this Popeyes in Monrovia on Huntington Avenue, ..... here dumb ass here is the chicken that I purchased today!!!
