Excellent dinner and great deal on Wednesday night's steak and lobster. I also had a lemon drop martini which was excellent. The manager was very welcoming. Is Marvin the bartender made excellent drinks. I am definitely going back!

Food was as expected. Had the twin lobster tail dinner, but I made the mistake of filling up on their delicious bread. Service was a bit slow, but everything turned out ok. Will definitely be back.

Our family have not visited Red lobster in years . We recently decided to take a trip to Monrovia to have dinner.The wait time ,atmosphere and service was reasonable. I'm not a drinker , but when I'm out with my family I like to have at least one alcohol beverage.I ordered a strawberry freezer with rum ,however when my drink did arrive it was more like a virgin strawberry slushy. Absolutely NO alcohol!!Then when our food came to our table ,everything we ordered was horrible. My lobster was on the mushy side and my daughter's entre was robbery ,she ended up sending hers back . Her father ordered fish and chips , the fish very large and deep fried. Not very appetizing.I would however say there cheddar bay biscuits was a HIT !!

We came for Lobster Fest and the food did not disappoint. Both grilled and steamed lobster tails were sweet, fresh and meaty. The lobster and steak combinations were cooked to perfection. We all liked the cheddar bay biscuits and lobster dip.The place looks like it was recently updated. Kudos to our server who was very efficient.

Interesting place this Red Lobster. Our waitress was very nice. The place has average chain restaurant ambiance. It was > 1hr to get our food after we ordered. That said, the shrimp in my shrimp bowl, was cooked perfectly even thoughthe salad had no dressing. My wife's lobster also cooked perfectly. So in the end ok food but took a long time. If you have the time, go here, if not look elsewhere

Server was great when we could find her. Salmon was super salty. There were not many people in the restaurant. However, there were at least 6 servers. Most standing around out of eyeshot of their personal tables.
The service was just bad. But the real kicker was the cockroach I was able to capture in a napkin as it strolled across our table. The best part was the hostess and her disdain for me handing her the napkin with the cockroach in it. Biscuits were delicious.

Was excited to finally try red lobster, as we walked in they said their reservation system (I booked through Google) was down and they couldn’t honor it. We apparently had to call and put our name down and she noted that’s over an hour wait. For decent customer service you should technically honor the reservations that were made in advance regardless if the system is down.
