I ordered a chicken bowl and vegetables on the side and this is how they make there customers happy? With a skimpy bowl, for the workers... is it coming out of your own money?, cuz thank God it wasn't or else you would make it even more skimpier, what a shame we pay 10 dollars and more for some rice and chicken and they can't even fill the bowl correctly, dip ***** if I wanted a skimpy bowl I would have had the vegetables inside with the rice, won't come here anymore! Beware not to order vegetables on the side because there going to give you less then what it even would be with the vegetables in the bowl!

The food is very good! Very fresh, withplenty of options. As for service, we have been going theresince it opened, and have never hadan issue with the service.No real ambiance here, just a small areawith tables.The place is always clean and fresh, and the food is always hot and tasty.Good healthy eating at a very reasonableprice.Give it a try...

Hmmm this is disappointing for me. I asked my husband to buy me food and I specifically asked for this since I've been craving for Waba for so long. I usually buy it from the one in Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena since I work around there and I always had a great experience. I was anticipating this fresh grilled chicken and soft ribeye steak but instead I was welcomed with dry and burnt meal with a bitter aftertaste. I'm so sad!! I was really looking forward for this. I can't even save it with the waba sauce they provide.

This waba grill has always been clean, friendly, fast and efficient. I like ordering the mini chicken bowls with white meat, brown rice and broccoli. Perfect for a lunch after you workout. Just enough food if you don't want a lot. Will return.

I tried calling at 815 right now to get my order in early. No answer. Called a few more times and was hung up on. I get here at 840. Google says it's open til 9. I pull up and the neon sign says open. Door is open. I walk in but all chairs are pulled up and it's dark. They told me it's closed and to leave.They shooting a secret porno here or something? For sure this place is supposed to open this last hour and they just wanted to hang it up early and chill out. Nevermind me feeding myself and fiance that get out late from work. Yeah. F*** that

I've frequented this location for years. But due to schedule changes at my job, which is approximately a mile from here, I don't get to go there very often. However, I went recently for lunch and was still pleased. Sadly, I've seen a few new faces and not the regulars who knew me well. But as the past employees, everyone was very professional and polite. The service and food was great. Keep up the good work WaBa!

I arrived to Waba and Waba is my go to food Hana had helped me out 3 times and every time she has been sweet with me and had my order ready quickly not only that she asks if I would like condiment.

Every time I come here on my lunch, it doesn't matter who is at the counter , all employees are nice and have manners. They Always have a smile and always polite. They are never bothered or annoyed when asking for sauce like other places. , I always come here because the customer services is A1!

First off not the employees fault but the rice maker was broken I took my order home to find out the rice was raw. Took it back with gas being expensive the cashier had a hard time getting hold of the manager finally got a hold of him to return my money and still charge me for a chicken bowl after an hour and a half , what a waste of time and money...the owner has to step up and make sure his customers are happy...

I placed an order online and asked for extra Waba sauce, employee says they put some in bag, I ordered 5 bowls and they put 4 packets in, so I asked for more, he reluctantly put in 4 more with attitude. Poor customer service!

Such good food and excellent quality. I love the salmon bowl. The customer service is amazing. There is always the cashier on Sat mornings and she is so sweet! She complimented my nails!
