I came here and my order was done within 4 mins my wings were cold and overly coated it seemed as if they gave me the last few pieces they had left over. The manager Oliver was so rude I could even hear him yelling so unprofessionally at his workers it was super sad to witness. I don't think someone like that should be manager and it's not the first time I come in and he's yelling at everyone. He Always has an attitude and bad temperament. The other employees where nice and respectful. Even though they were under terrible treatment / management someone should fire him. Over all the vibes were not there and I won't be coming to this Wingstop as often as I did before. Really sad to see this kind of behavior constantly here.

Surprised to see some of the reviews for this location so thought I'd give my experience. The food including wings, fries, corn etc are 5/5. They make the wings great, have all the flavors and have packaged them well for my orders. I will say something is definitely wrong with their soda machine, as it can't even make a regular coke correctly (as of November 2023). I hope a manager or someone from the store may see this and fix the issue, as it is disappointing. The store is also small as most wing stop locations. You're really meant to pick up your order or get delivery, not a place to sit down and eat. The employees have always been nice and professional when I've ordered inside, and it's fairly clean. My go to wings are them original hot (buffalo), lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. I think they have a perfect buffalo that mixes well with their ranch. If you haven't had wing stop ranch, then I implore you to stop reading this review and get an order in. The ranch is my wife's favorite part! I also highly recommend the grilled corn as a good shareable side.

I got food from here 2 days ago ago and I think whoever made my food was sick because immediately after I was done eating my food I had a sore throat, fever and later flu symptoms. ?? wear mask please if sick !

This place is so unprofessional. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant but at the same time make sure that you're actually packing people's orders properly and actually apologize for not giving it right the first time. Thank you Wingstop for giving me cold wings now because I had to drive back with my wings to show you the proof that you did not give me my full order. Next time don't shrug your shoulders at me because you messed up I just wanted to eat my food not have to drive back and forth because of a mess up you did.

I love wingstop. The Monrovia location is always on point with the food. My favorite wings are the lemon pepper wings and fries. Will return to this location, service is always pleasant.

The food was perfectly done. the time I got there the order was just being printed out. In no time, they had the food ready. I still had to drive 7 miles to my house. The chicken was still crispy. This place is now being put into the rotation.

Came here on a Friday night and it was insane busy, the staff was so polite and nice even though they were slammed with orders and kids from the high school. The assistant manager especially was patient and helpful. Food was great and worth the wait!

The workers here are always quick and friendly. This location also usually have the best ratio of sauce to wings. It just hits right here. I wanted to thank the manager and service people here because it gets really crazy busy here sometimes and I've seen rude impatient teens on fridays giving staff a hard time but everyone still keeps their cool and deal with the chaos even if they are short staffed. Thank you

Omg. They have zero sugar Barq's Root beer in their soda machine. I might be behind on knowing this but it made me so happy. Now onto the food Had garlic parm tenders. They were cooked perfectly and the flavor was good. The blue cheese was ok, not the best Ive had. Now the fries, not my favorite by far. Very greasy and limp. They are undercooked but not by appearance. I'm wondering if they were reheated. I wouldn't rush to have them again

The hot honey flavor is a must try! It's delicious on boneless. The chicken sandwich is a hit with the kids. The service was fast and cashiers were very nice. The store was in order! We will be back
