I just met one of the hardest working guys in the security industry. Gil, a field technician with Millennium Alarm Systems, came and installed an ADT system in my home and I couldn't be happier. Gil went to great lengths to make sure the entire process was painless, including patiently teaching me how to use the system. He didn't leave until he was confident I could operate it on my own. He even called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I feel very comfortable I made the right choice calling Millennium. My only regret is not calling on Gil sooner.

I would not recommend this company. In 2017 Ernie signed us up for our system. We were very happy. His price was above and beyond what we had been quoted from other places. He was very kind, followed up, he talked about his family. When we moved a couple months ago I called him again. Everything seemed fine. He said I didn't need to do anything, they would do the transfer. Come to Installation, we had several issues. Not enough sensors, broken sensors, we weren't given the code word to change anything on the account, we were told we didn't give a 30 day notice of move (which Ernie said we didn't need). After texts with Ernie, who didn't even attempt to resolve any of our issues, didn't respond, I spent hours on the phone with ADT directly. We purchased the ring doorbell, the chime wasn't left, Ernie never followed up with me when I asked about it. I should have gone with ADT directly and got a better deal. I went with Ernie because I felt like giving him and his family business because I thought he cared about us as customers and he doesn't. He got my money and no longer cares to help.

Had ADT installed today by Kyle! Gotta say, he did a great job. For one, he arrived earlier that's our appt, which is a super plus for me. He walked me through where he would be installing our system and always asked for my opinion. Very clean job, left no mess and I did not have to pick up after him. He was very thorough with explaining how the system works. He went step by step and always asked if I had any questions. I definitely recommend Millennium, if I had to do this again or ever have to, I know where I'll be calling.
