This place has great pastries, however the customer service deserves a zero. You walk in and are never greeted or thanked for your purchase. We have bought from here for a few years for the holidays and unfortunately the service just gets worse by the day! Today was the last day that I step foot in there. I will miss the pastries but not the rudeness from ALL of the employees. You definitely need to invest in customer service training.

I have been buying holiday’s treats for years now but I couldn’t see any smile on staff’s face and never heard “Thank you”from them.Pastry is ok and close by from my work.
