I went there after a long time and the food was horrible. I had the ground beef kabob and the meat had no flavor and really dry. It didnt even taste or look like beef. It even smelled different. I really wonder what animal I ate. The rice sucked hummus was ok. It used to be good.

Our office placed a catering order and not only did we not get what was ordered but when trying to contact them everyone kept hanging up, including the owner. Horrible customer service and our Christmas party was ruined with no food and no refund.

I've come to this place for food before. The food quality has gone down. Customer service has been ok, but today I came in and the owner was the one to take my order. I asked a couple of questions on the menu, he seemed bothered... the workers in the background seemed to be walking on eggshells. He was so rude and literally pushed up the tip jar in front of me after I paid. So uncomfortable to be waiting for my order. I will not come here again... weird vibes!

My family has always been fond of this place and I have nothing but high praises for their delicious food but as they say "there's always a first time". Sure enough, it was f***ked up! I was here yesterday and ordered for 1/2 chicken, I always go for the thigh first since it's my favorite part of the chicken and to my surprise, my order doesn't have my favorite part. Picture will show. I asked the lady in the cashier who took my order, she then asked the gentleman in the kitchen. I don't understand what they were talking about because they were speaking in Spanish. She was just insisting that it's 1/2 chicken and keeps repeating it to me. I understand I ordered 1/2 chicken but that's not what I got. I don't usually rant like this but it was very frustrating when you wanted to end your day with something you've been craving for and was looking forward to a sumptous meal. Sadly, that wasn't the case for Ani's on that day. I just decided to leave and say no more to them since were just going around in circles. The lady with the short curly hair lacks customer service BIG TIME!SUGAR, if you're reading this, please don't let this happen again and don't let your reputation get ruin just because of small issues. I still love your food. It was better when you were there. ASSAMUALAIKUM!
