I usually enjoy coming to this establishment but yesterday, 04/11, was the worst experience imaginable.As I was eating my dinner, my wife and I overheard a manager berating and poking fun at his employee loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. I believe his name was Evans or something of the like.I felt completely uncomfortable after because that is unprofessional behavior and no manager should be speaking to an employee that way. I don’t know if Evans was upset that day or mad that he’s a middle-aged man working at an Applebees or what his problem was but it should never be taken out on an employee.Will NOT return until this problem is resolved

While enjoying my meal, I overheard Evans yelling at another worker and making fun of his own employee in front of customers. This created an uncomfortable scene, which distracted from the overall dining atmosphere.As a patron, I believe it's crucial for managers to lead by example and handle conflicts discreetly and professionally. Evans's behavior was unacceptable and reflected poorly on the establishment. Such incidents can negatively impact the dining experience for guests and tarnish the restaurant's reputation.I hope that Applebee's management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a welcoming environment for all patrons. It's important for establishments to uphold high standards of professionalism to provide an enjoyable dining experience for everyone.

Food was Blehh!! Too much sauces used overwhelming the dishes. Caesar salads were drenched in sauce making it difficult to enjoy. Service was just ok. We asked for sauce on the side of course it wasn't included and we had to ask a few times. Was a bit too Chilly inside and the TV volume was too high making it difficult to hold a conversation

First time to this Applebee's and really enjoyed the service and food there. Although having to wait for the long wait time to get inside overall still worth it! Manager and hostesses were awesome and able to accommodate us while waiting! Able to get delicious food at an affordable price! I recommend the adios drink and the 2 plates for $26 where you can start off with one app and 2 entrees for a reasonable price! Amado made our night a memorable experience! Props to him for his energy and service!
