The cakes are a good size, flavors are different from other bakeries. I don't like that you can't pre order small cakes. You have to call or show up to see if they have any cakes available for the day. There was an older lady helping at the front desk which at times is rude. It's a small place street parking only.

Years ago the Guayaba cake used to be the best. The bread was pinkish with guayaba mixed in, now it's yellow bread and honestly don't like it anymore. Please go back to your original recipe.

Thank you to aprils cakes for knocking it out of the park yet again!!! We have used aprils cakes prior and she never disappoints! This cake was for my sons graduation and April came thru yet again on short notice! The cake was beautiful and also very delicious. This cake Was a chocolate raspberry moose with butter cream and it was awesome! Thanks again to aprils cakes for killing it, we will always recommend and drive the extra miles all the way from Orange County to have these beautiful and delicious cakes. The best!!

They have the best tasting cakes I ever tasted.I gave them a 4 because the wording on my cake looked like a amateur did it.I should have received a discount for this $42. cake that serves 8.I was disappointed when I opened the top of the box.The first letter was too far from the rest of the word.Other than that I'm still getting my cakes from them. Just gotta check the cake before I leave.

Very satisfied with April's cakes. We ordered a cake for my daughter's 15th event. The entire event was perfect specially with the 3 tower cake that delicious. The owner was very professional and gave us ideas how it should be. They delivered the fresh cake Saturday morning with no problems. It was extremely heavy. We will definitely keep ordering cakes from April's for different occasions. Thank you :)

I didn't expect much but the cake was quite decent, AND the frosting wasn't bad!!! I'm surprised there aren't more reviews.The cake was soft and slightly moist (not dry!!!).The frosting stuff didn't taste generic and greasy.Nice decoration, display, and overall tasty.I've tasted a lot of cakes from MANY bakeries, it's almost part of my job; this place is certainly above average.Good job and thanks for the cake :)

First off... I am totally grateful for the last minute selection. This is the 2nd year APRIL'S CAKES has cime through. Not only did I walk out with a last minute cake, they even printed a photo and made a beautiful creation. The cake was GUAVA which was AMAZINGLY MOIST and TASTY. If you're on the fence, take a chance. You will love it! The mocha chocolate cake is also great! THANK YOU!
