If I can rate the food at "zero," I would. But unfortunately, one star was the only option. The cashier was the only reason they got 4stars on service. Quality of food was ?

Guy at front register was super rude. I'm not one to put reviews out but my encounter with him was very disrespectful. Black hair and short .

I mean, who doesn't love this place. You can't go wrong with the free samples and the delicious pretzels. The only thing is, the kids like the different color lemonades, and they are so expensive. But I get it, that's how they need to make money. I like all the different flavors of pretzels. My boy likes the hot dog kind.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since it is located inside a shopping center/ mall. If you come here during peak business hours or the weekend, parking can be a pain to find. Food: I ordered a pepperoni pretzel. Their pepperoni pretzel is so good. It tastes like pizza lol. Cheesy and pepperoni. What a perfect combo. Came out hot, tasty, and delicious. Perfect snack after watching a movie. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, and efficient. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

To whoever is in charge of this franchisee, give the workers here a raise. They work super hard everytime I come here no matter how busy it is. The pretzels are always super hot and fresh.

We always go to WETZEL PRETZELS, but we decided to give this place a try.. 2 items $21!! Wtf!! And extra cheese is $2.19. Here's the part that got me!! We should have walked away!!!! As I walk up, the young lady behind the counter that has had her gloves on for who knows how long?? Opens warmer and squeezes about 4 items with her fingers.. then wipes her apron opens other side and continues to squeeze the rest of the pretzel items. I assume she's checking freshness because they were slow. So items must have been sitting there a long time! Like I said I should of walked the other way! Sorry, Wetzel pretzel for getting side tracked and not making it to you! I'll add with same gloves she went to go make more!! Yummy.... not

I got myself an almond pretzel. It's been years since I had this and the flavor and texture is just like how I remember. Nice soft bread with that sweet crunchy almond. The only thing is the price is a bit high. Like damn almost 6 dollars I remembered paying less than 4 lol

Bought 3 and get 1 free pretzel today. Wanted to enjoy it but felt cheated because my jalapene was only half. How disappointed.

I used to love buying a pretzel from Auntie Ann's locates in the Montebello Town Center Mall in Montebello, Ca until the owner started to hire cooks that don't speak and understand English and who CANNOT BAKE! We used to love buying the Almond Pretzel with the Caramel Dipping Sauce and We always have our pretzels made fresh and "Always" tell the order takers "Don't BURN" the bottoms and to easy cook and it usually takes 15 Minutes to make it fresh on the spot. These bakers don't understand what the hell that means. They gave us burnt black pretzels that smelled like a burnt Bbq and that was disgusting and wouldn't give us a REFUND! We will never eat a pretzel here again until they hire professional bakers who can comprehend and speak ENGLISH and know how to BAKE! The Bakers and cashiers also look very sweaty and dirty and don't know how to wear the masks covering their entire face! Their hands and nails are very un-groomed! This is obviously a health & safety issue and will show these pictures to the Health Department immediately!
