I just want to thank Señora Lucia. Her customer service is great. The day I went I had ordered from their promo: 2 for $6. I ordered 2 original chicken sandwich. She had already punched the order in and I had paid when she was told there was no more. It was so busy that it slipped her mind. She was more than glad to try to solve the problem. And I appreciate her for that. Know that during the lunch time this place gets busy. It just requires some patience with the staff and waiting for your order.

I was craving the delicious impossible burger today. 2 days before the Super Bowl. Saw the advertisements on local tv for the 2 for $6 mix and match.Well, this is one of the MANY locations that don’t have the locally advertised specials.So I ordered a fish sandwich. It came out BLACK AND CRUNCHY!!! Gross!!!Also the chicken sandwich I ordered was very dry and crunchy. I am very dissatisfied!!! What a waste of time and money. BTW, I was their only customer in this busy mall.After seeing the other reviews of this location. I say just shut it down if you can’t manage it!!!! But this is very common experience from other BK’s in the LA area!

Well, I have been craving the impossible burger ever since the ads started on all network TV saying that it is part of the 2 for $6 special again. But NOPE. SO I opted for a fish and a chicken sandwich included in the 2 for $6 option. Well the fish was black, crusty, crunchy goo. It in no way resembles the Cajun that I had not ordered. ( I don't think they even have that option. ). The chicken was way too dry for my taste. Well, having left still with the old BK craving I left very disappointed. I am now thinking their is no hope for humanity. Since BK can't even get it right. BTW this was posted in LA after visiting several BK's in the LA area, it's 2 days before the super bowl. I hope they spend $$$$$$$$ and go out of business! Not really. The BK's in MN have never let me down. Just very dissatisfied in LA Go Rams!!!

I’ve gone on 3 separate days at 3 different times and everytime there is a sign saying they will be back in 15 or 30 minutes. I do not understand when the restaurant will be open.

Horrible service. the lady that took out order was extremely rude and she got our order wrong and told us it was our fault. she then was extremely rude while redunding us our money. I would not recommend this at all it was a terrible experience.
