I come almost ones a week for my lunch break as my office is a few streets away, food is always amazing but today @ 12:20 I came in stood there for 6 minutes while everyone just looked at me and ignored me not taking my order, when I paid my card wasn’t going through when I had grabbed my bag while it was on the counter and the cashier said it didn’t go through and took the bag when I was attempting to pay after trying again it went through but it was the worst experience I’ve had wasting my time and making me feel like a thief.

I have nearly 20M views, you figure I keep track of my reviews...for deleting my review to manipulate your ratings, you get 1 star; now everyone knows. I kind of remember what I wrote.Carne asada here is great!!!The quesadilla is great!!!Roasted corn is delicious!!!Generally the food is what you expect from Chipotle.The food options here are quite healthy.Sometimes some of the food can be saltier than ocean water, must have been a new cook that visit.Decent design.Tables could be cleaned more often.Seat comfortability is acceptable.Indoor seating available.Outdoor seating might be shared between Habit and Chipotle?I think it got better but the workers used to hide in the back while the one female who wanted to work had to work alone calling out for help to service the line. Eventually...her co-workers slowly emerged.The place can be empty of customers but the tables somehow remained dirty; when there aren't customers, that's time to catch up making the place look decent. When everything is done, that's when you can relax.

Went here on the evening of 11/16/23 the girl that made on food was not very friendly and the quesadillas she made came out burned with the paper stuck to them I asked her to see it and she just showed me a corner I asked her to make one of them over and she replied that it's still gonna come out the same when the guy there helping her was gonna make them both over but she said they were fine. I think this was very bad customer service and will not be coming back here. Spent almost over $46.00 just to come home and throw half of it away. Always came here and ordered the quesadillas the large ones with the flour tortilla and they never were cooked like this. This is ridiculous she shouldn't be working there if she is going to have that attitude. People go elsewhere to eat. Bad service Bad food.

I love coming to this Chipotle. It's always super-duper clean.It's super low key when you dine in.I typically order pick up and it's always ready with my name on and placed on the shelf across from the register. I don't even have to talk to anybody, I just walked in, pick it up, and walk out... lickety-split, easy Peezy, lemon squeezy,.Also, chipotle's guacamole recipe is on point every single time, and they make it perfectly.

The customer service at this chipotle in Montebello is horrible and the manager on the PM shift at 5pm is horrible. I arrived at chipotle and found one worker diligently trying to get all the to go orders ready. He apologized and said he'd be with me shortly. 10 minutes of waiting goes by a line starts to form behind me and two females emerge from the back of the store. They go to the front counter talk a bit and never acknowledge the customers waiting. They then turned around to go to the back of the store again. I stated excuse me, do you have any other workers to help you have this one employee trying to get all the orders ready and a line here waiting. I said where is the manager. One women spoke up and said I am. She said I'll be right with you when I'm done. She walked to the back and I'm assuming realized she should help. She put a pair of gloves on and asked what do you need? I stated this isn't the way you run a business having customers waiting at the dinner rush on top of it. She then began to throw my food into a bowl only asking once what I wanted. I had to actual speak to her as she was mad at this point and not saying anything. She proceeded to throw my food in a bag, throw my receipt in the bag and not speak another word other then her non verbal communication of throwing my items. Not precessional at all Chipotle. Especially for a manger.

We were rushed to eat and then asked to move. Hire people with more common sense. We Arrived 2 hours before closing.Arrived @ 8. Stepped into to the restroom to wash up. Came out ordered food and paid by 8:11pm. So we sat outside around 8:15. 5 minutes later a kid that works there starts cleaning up. I started thinking they close at 10pm there's no way he going to ask us to get up. We still have time. 8:29 kid asked my wife and I if we can move over to the other tables which belong to (The Habit ). I responded ( don't you guys close at 10 ) ? He says yeah but i have to do this now. I got pissed so i asked my wife if she wanted to move and she responded ( no lets leave). We should get a refund. We still hadn't finished eating. I have pictures.

Has Chipotle gone dowe in quality or what...? the chips were so stale! no lemon/lime flavor! the guacamole was horrible...not fresh whatsoever! I think we were given the batch before it's thrown out. Cmon Chipotle, be better

July 19 3:15 pm to 340 pm manager was extremely rude I'm taking I'm going to drive a bit further but as long as I don't have to ever deal with her . She shouldn't be in front of any customers. I can't believe how rude she was I'm still in shock!!
