Been years since I had been to Coco's. Found many menu changes. Specifically, a few of my favorite items were dropped from the menu.No more fried zucchini or quiche. Darn. But the food I ordered was tasty. But I really miss fried zucchini!Wheelchair accessibility: Close handicap parking. Wide, level surfaces through out.

We arrived just prior to closing. Very few customers, but the gal that seated us was very friendly. Our server, Cynthia, was one of the best servers I've ever had. That says a lot considering I dine out for business often and have traveled extensively. Who would have thought I would find this delightful experience at Cocos in Montebello, CA? Again, even though it was closing time, and in fact, we were still eating after closing, Cynthia continued her attentive, friendly, and caring attitude. Now the food. We were excited to see beyond sausage in the menu. We ordered a breakfast burrito with beyond sausage. Plenty for my wife and I to split. Special requests were encouraged. Cynthia even gave my wife and me our own plates with hash browns on both plates. The burrito was great! We were especially grateful when Cynthia called us Mom and Dad. We were with our grandson. Wow, she actually thought he was our son. Speaking of, she cared for him as if he was her own. Even gave him an extra chicken tender in his kids meal. We don't eat meat, but they looked very appetizing. Our grandson said they were the best tenders ever. And, he always orders tenders everywhere. After dinner, he asked for the first time if I tipped Cynthia extra. Yes!! I think that's about it. Visit Cocos Montebello. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to get Cynthia as a server.

Alexa, Sunni and Fabian are awesome..my boyfriend forgot an item at the restaurant and they saved it for us until we were able to pick it up!!! Really appreciate it! Thanks

Our server Cynthia was exceptional . She was very sweet and thoughtful. She provided excellent customer service . The food , shakes , & banana cream pie was delicious

I and my boyfriend like to find decent dinners. Thought we found one, but not really. At first the service was good and food is decent for a quick meal. But the last three times we had a young gentleman as our waiter and we kept getting the wrong items or missing items and just a lack of good service. I called and told the mng about it and the manager supposedly took my name and number and said we would get two free shakes for the the bad service. We didn't go back for a month because of the poor service. We decided to go back today.... And it will be the last time. Happy to get the elder waitress this time, because her service is and has always been good. My boyfriend explained the past situation, she told her supervisor, who came over then I explained it again..... he went to ask who was the waiter, (which I don't remember the name nor would I like to point out the kid at the moment, for something that happened a month ago) then he goes and speaks with the manager about it...... I mean do you think we would make up the story for free shakes??? When our regular bills comes up between $50-80...... anyways I got ONE free shake after all that. Honestly if your not going to take customers feedback seriously and don't want to compensate for poor service don't ask people for their names and numbers to begin with. The stars are only for the good servers there. As we were finishing our meal the supervisor passes by and says, we won't be getting any calls today? No you won't just a bad review and lost of costumers.

Ate here for the 1st time. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. You get a free slice of pie after 11am. Not sure if all day though. Ordered the lumberjack breakfast. Eggs are fluffier than IHops. Not overcooked. Country fried steak was tender and delicious as well.

0 stars if possible. I came here with my partner and daughter. We were sat down and about 5 mins later they took our drink order, brought them out and left us alone for a loooooong time. We were definitely ready to order we closed all our menus and waited.. the waitress passed by 3 times and the host twice. Not to mention another waitress came by to fix a table next to us. No one approached us and every time we tried to flag someone down it didn't work. A table of 6 got sat right next to us and right away they got the drinks and when they dropped them off the waitress was ready for their order even though we got there at 12 and by the time we walked out without eating it was 12:46. I would have told the manager something.. but the manager was the one who sat us down, saw we didn't get help, and also saw us walk out. This review is just for any young families trying to go here. You won't get decent service.
