BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. My boyfriend bought two pizzas and an order of tots from this domino's and while we were eating the pizza he felt something in his mouth which ended up being a literal BALL OF HAIR. It was baked onto the pizza because when he spit it out, the cheese from the pizza was infused with it. My boyfriend called to tell them about it and the lady on the phone (with a horrendous attitude) said it was not possible for something like that to happen when they make the girls "wear" hair nets. She was denying it tooth and nail and told my boyfriend that she won't believe him unless he brings it in for her to see it for herself. We live in Norwalk and I didn't want him to drive all the way out there because of some woman's ego. Needless to say we will never be returning to this location.

Ordered 2 pizzas and one pasta. Bacon on pizza was burnt and second pizza was left in the oven a little too long. Pasta was also overcooked. Contacted corporate office. Told I would be contacted by local Domino's Pizza. Still waiting. They don't care.

I ordered 4 different items 2 of them being special orders and was made perfect. Presentation, quality and quantity of my food was Great.Easy to find since its on a corner block and has back parking. The service was Great and i had no complaints or problems.

I had never had any problems with my orders. I usually order to have it delivered, today I ordered as usual and the application notified me that the order had been delivered, unfortunately the driver delivered it to the wrong address so I called to let them know that I hadn't received anything. The employee who served me agreed with me on a new order and I chose to go pick it up to avoid any setbacks. When I arrived, an employee was talking about the incident and told another employee if she had put something on the pizzas in a sarcastic way, which made me very upset because I trust that the people who prepare the food have ethics and are not going to do anything. Nothing wrong with the food especially because it wasn't my mistake, it was the driver's mistake. I end up not eating the pizza because i can’t give that to my kids after what I heard.

Pizza was delivered below the standard temperature for same, had to reheat same, since I was very hungry. Not happy with the delivery fee of $5.99 and I had already tipped the driver $3.00 to find out that the temperature of said pizza was below standards, UNSATISFACTORY‼. Their "Tell Us How We Did" option on the app was locked, therefore I was unable to provide my unsatisfactory review rating of (1) to them. I can see why they have the submission form locked. If I'm going to pay $8.99 for delivery, I would expect the pizza to be hot enough to enjoy, not have to REHEAT. Very disappointed, never had a pizza delivered below the temperature that could be enjoyed while eating same. It was close to cold.

We ordered today on 8/26/23 2 Philly cheesesteaks sandwiches with plain Buffalo wings and they took over an hour and delivered disgusting food! The food was old and cold and the wings were raw! We will never order again! The food smelled so bad too like it was in a hot car too long! Super gross! That's why we never tip at all!

Food is good and hot, i work long hours during the day so I always order late for pick up. love the service, no bullshit small talk pro longing our interaction more than it should. Straight to business. Pay, and then get food. Usually in n out within 5min. Thanks guys keep up the hard work

So it's been a few months that they connect you to a call center somewhere in India to make a phone order and that experience is terrible I switched places where I order just because of that. It has been many times that those people make me feel uncomfortable....

Employees mixed up my order and yet took the pizza back I hope they don't serve it. Also had to repeat my name to them about 5 times I even spelled it to them so I'm just amazed.Also had me wait another 7 minutes and was not offered anything in exchange of the inconvenience they pulled nor offered to make my entire order fresh she simply took my other pizza to the little oven. As a general manager at Wingstop I am disappointed in the lack of care these employees have as in if the customers owe them psht they paid because of the customer.

I've been a customer at this Domino's for 6 yrs off and on placing online orders mainly. No issues everything just as I ordered on time and prices just right for me. Now lately I will go inside to place my order. I would be driving home from work and they are a block from my apartment so i stopped to order. I have 2 favorite med pizza combos and cinnamon bread with icing I order and wait there til ready. The employees are really friendly and polite and quick service pizza doesn't take to long to make. Getting home it's time to enjoy my meal until my next visit which has been once to twice a month lately. I hope this helps a customer in deciding?

I saw the guy in the kitchen working, and he dropped my pizza box on the ground. He then picked it up and put my pizza back in it. I didn't want to take the risk of eating something that had been on the floor, so I asked for my money back.

I ordered a cheese stuffed bread and was not cooked under only on top, I was tired it was late and was raining to come back and show them so I was very upset no dinner not even a one star not even the cheese got melted
