I took my mom, and my daughter to Doublz. This is my mom’s favorite fast-food restaurant. She loves the chicken quesadilla. I just wanted to extend a compliment to Everyone at Doublz in Montebello. They all have great attitudes along with great customer service skills. They're very polite and friendly. Justin was at the register and took our order and was very kind, and didn’t rush us. He had such a wonderful personality and was very helpful. The food was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Great family place. I know they all work very hard as a team to maintain a clean dinner and they deserve a raise. Justin, you were the sprinkles on the ice cream. Keep up the fantastic work. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Doublz. I hope your boss sees this and rewards all of you.

This is one of my favorite Doublz!The staff here are always so professional and kind. They always go out their way to make sure your food is cooked to perfection! ???? Their club sandwich and Denver burrito are delicious & one of my favorite orders, just like many of the other items! I've only been here once, ordered a cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. The burger was big, very tasty and packed with lettuce, onion and tomato. The chili cheese fries were super cheesy ( that's a good thing ) it did lack some flavor though. You definitely get your money's worth.

The morning drive thrue lady very unpleasant and not very professional asked for Corp. Num. And closes the d.t. window, called and hung on, me who was a paying costumer, I served guest service for twenty something yrs, never once was rude or unprofessional...never goin back to montebello 1720 Whittier, she is very rude and had ugly unattended manners

How do you mess up a simple order…I said double hamburger which does not include cheese. If I wanted cheese I would have said double cheese burger.Not worth the 30min drive anymore.*respond to owner: Does the new app include better customer service? Maybe that’s what you should prioritize.your mistake cost me time, money and cost you 13+ years of my business.
