The customer service here is garbage. Rude employees who give you attitude for insignificant things. I asked for Serrano peppers at the drive thru while picking up my online order and the cashier said with an attitude "you should've asked for them online". The 1 and a half stars that this pollo loco has says everything!

Placed an online order. Went inside and waited in line. There were 4 people working. The Person at the front was taking orders, serving orders, and taking care of online orders in addition to helping those who asked for bathroom code. ?. I don’t know how he still demonstrated patience and held it together. We waited about 20 min to get to the front; there were about 3 in front of us. He fixed our food right before it was our turn. We get home and realized we were missing tortillas and a carnitas taco worth about $5.00. Food was tasty but made my stomach a little sick. The other person also felt a little sick. I can’t say that the chicken is to blame. Dining room needs attention as well. I feel that they need to hire more people and take care of food and service quality. I love pollo loco but this was truly disappointing. Not going back

During the week the burritos are good, but on the weekends, it seems like they are going to lose money. My burrito was very good, as if they were going to run out of food because they put a little rice and beans in it. Look forward to it!

After a very dry chicken experience and a chat with corporate, I was anxious to go back and see if the food preparations of this location had improved, and I was very pleased. I got a leg and thigh 8 piece and was happy to have soft, juicy chicken again, just like how it was years back. The drive-thru girl was very clear when speaking and accommodating. It's was the smoothest drive thru experience I've had in a while. Didn't need to ask for extra guacamole salsa this time either. I got 4 instead of 2 like last time! And I had bought less chicken this trip! I'm glad that if I ever get too lazy to cook, I can always swing by and grab chicken here again and just slap together some homemade sides! Thanks for improving the quality. I will be back.
