I generally don't have an issue. However, this last visit, I felt I waited longer than usual to order and to receive the one meal I ordered at the window. There was an apology and explanation of having a large mobile order they were fulfilling. Maybe they were short staffed.
and this location Jack-in-the-Box I like sometimes the food they make it well but the service is horrible because they don't even pack your order correctly. There's some items missing and sometimes I'm calling to the store and they never pick up their phone so in the screen it looks correct when you order will say when you place the order, but when they pack it is different so I don't know they need more extremely more service better than they have now any and more improvement...read full review
