My daughter wanted to have her birthday dinner here. Her grandparents gifted her 2 gift cards in the amount of $50 each. Upon arrival we were seated pretty quickly. Angie was an absolute kind and considerate server. We ordered Fried mozzarella, 2 kids meals, and 4 entrees. When the breadsticks were brought to the table my birthday girl noticed a hair on the breadstick and we notified her about that. The manager Jose did comp us for the unlimited dipping sauce, and explained that the policy was that everyone wore a hairnet. Once we all got our entrees together I went to add lemon on my salmon and I shortly noticed another hair on my plate. In disgust I had everyone else at my table look at their plates and all were fine. We should have asked to pay for what we ate and left but I had them go ahead and eat while my plate was being replaced… it did take a bit for mine to come back out, and the rest of my table felt bad for eating without me. Once it came back I had a few bites of my salmon and couldn’t stomach the rest. The rest of my party had asked for some take home packaging and the salmon was then comp’d. Again Angie was so sweet and considerate and very apologetic. In the end we did opt out for the staff not to sing happy birthday nor bring a dessert to the table, that was my daughters choice. She did receive a lil gift from the manager Jose which she was thankful for. Once we came home she went to use her gift for her remaining food and to our surprise she found YET ANOTHER HAIR. We were advised by my parents to just throw everything away. It was very unfortunate that she had this experience doing something that she wanted for her 14th and let me tell ya we will never forget it. We are from the La Verne area and should have went to the one in Glendora but her birthday she wanted to go to a different mall and this one was close to it. We will not be returning and probably won’t give Olive Garden another shot for any special occasion. Her grandparents stated they would be replacing the gift cards used for this unfortunate incident.

We had a group of 20 people in the area for a national track meet. The meet ended late, and we knew the athletes would need to refuel before going to bed that evening, and starting early the next day.Daniel, Jose and their crew at Olive Garden did an incredible job taking care of us! They allowed us to place our order ahead of time, so the food would be ready when the athletes arrived. The table is ready for us, and the food came out, just as the athletes arrived from their meet.They took care of our large party with exceptional service, and the food was delicious! We could not have asked for a better experience!Highly recommend this restaurant for their food, service, and outstanding staff! Thanks, Olive Garden!

There was plenty of help inside the restaurant. We got NO service whatsoever from our waitress. Our soups were served and mine was room temperature, the garlic bread was warmer than my soup and my coffee. A different server brought my new hot soup out, and almost 10 minutes later my server brought out my new soup. Our server was spending more time up front than with us. I asked 3 different people for help. Our server never stopped by to ask our everything was. The only service we received was when it was time to pay.

I came to eat yesterday Thursday night around 8.30 and the lady in front AnaMarta with chinito hair was very kind, she translated the entire menu for us because me and my husband are from Colombia and she gave us good recommendations for eating and helped us call Our taxi to the room too… the food was delicious and the restaurant itself is very cozy and clean. The wines are of good quality, I recommend Moscato
