I told the dude I wanted teriyaki chicken for my three entree yet he didn't say anything to the cashier called Elizabeth didn't even check if everything was correct I got orange chicken and honey sesame chicken yet charged me 1.25 for honey walnut shrimp where do you see shimp. Tammy "the manager" needs to be retrained by Corporate in the areas of customer service, food handling procedures and also and also how to handle customer complaints. I ordered the beef with broccoli. The beef happened to be under cook and under temperature so I could not eat it, it was to hard to chew it. I told the manager about it and she immediately shifted from being nice and polite to a defensive and argumental mode. She tested the beefs temperature with the thermometer and that marked 119 degrees I challenged her to tell me in her own words what she was reading from the thermometer and she refused to embarrassed herself. Beef temperature needs to be serve at 155 degrees at least still she refused to refund my money back They are located at the Montebello Mall.
extremely, a very no visit.just disappointed. my brother and i had a stressful day and had a craving for some panda on the way back home. we stopped by the montebello mall to take a look at this beautiful mall and eat some panda! they were closed!we came wednesday at 5 pm, 8/9/2023 and they were shut. no sign about short staffing or anything, just closed no notice. i'm not sure what was going on but a lot of restaurants in the food court were closed, the chickenow had two workers but was closed. ummm if you're coming to this mall just for panda, i'd advise against it because they're unreliable unfortunately.
