It's been a while since I had food at the food court. I was happily greeted by the young employee, cheerful asking me what to serve me, . I was surprised that Sbarro make and prepare all their food fresh. They make their own pizza and breadsticks! I had the spaghetti with meatballs and the tomato cucumber salad. Everything was delicious, friendly and quick service! I must say it was unexpected coming from a fast food mall restaurant. Ambiance was normally like the mall noise bustle , people, kids, etc. Nothing too annoying, ate all my food and still had time to chit chat with my friend. I'll be coming back.

They never have things ready when they open. I love buying the whole stuffed pepperoni and sausage pizza but they say it takes an hour to have it ready and they will not let me order it over the phone. I always ordered this pizza before and it was never a problem until recently. What a shame.

Let's make something very clear. Sbarro's has the best mushrooms in all of pizzadom. It's not debatable. I eat at Sbarro's whenever I get a chance because of their mushrooms. So it's safe to say I eat their a lot. Anytime I'm close to a mall (doesn't matter which one) I stop in and get 2 pepperoni and mushroom slices. This Sbarro's is a joke. When I first asked the girl to put mushrooms on my slice of pizza, she said they weren't allowed. After telling her I always do it, she asked the manager and was told it would be extra. I said fine. Then she asked the cook if he could add mushrooms to my slices and he said he couldn't because the mushrooms weren't cooked yet, which is nonsense. They get cooked when the pizza goes through their little toaster thing. At this point, I did not feel like arguing with them and grabbed my pepperoni (no mushroom) slices and went on my way. I will not be coming back to this Sbarro's. Extremely disappointed in their eagerness, or lack there of, to satisfy their customer.

Unfortunately the manager that works at this location her name is Fatima has got to be one of the least competent human beings that has ever managed a small business . It's very difficult to understand why they promote these people that are incredibly incompetent cannot perform their jobs cannot communicate with customers do not speak English very well. Are trying to multitask and are just completely lacking any type of confidence in their jobs.The owners of these businesses should really do a review on the performance of these employees especially when they have the badge of a manager on their lapel they should really consider why am I employing this person when this person is not a good reflection of the franchise company values.Angering the customers and creating tension where tension does not need to exist with a customersThese people need to be either demoted down to the level of janitorial services or just remove from their employment dutiesLet go from these companies and this is really sad that these owners put these incompetence in places that are facing customers that they cannot even communicate in the native language and there's just no place for people like Fatima in the workplace

Disappointed with Marisols service. My mac and cheese wasn't even filled up. It was 9.89 and I was served a very small portion. If I am paying almost $10 for a bowl it better be served correctly to the right proportion. The service was not the best. However I do appreciate Destiny's service, I know you guys are stressed with the overwhelming line but thank you Destiny for keeping a great vibe to your attitude and providing kind service.
Had a pickup order and was sent to the end of the line and waited over 30 minutes to be told I was right where I first tried to pick it up. The girl and the register was rude( I didn’t catch her name) and when I told the manager Darryl she didn’t care and was also rude. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my order was confirmed. Horrible customer service and horrible experience!Parking: No parking. Parking lot packed

The staff is not very welcoming, the spend more time talking with each other. The service feels rushed, my baked ziti was cold and when asked for sauce it wasn't the amount but the way it was poured on like they were selling it by the oz. My spaghetti and meats balls more like spaghetti and water, they had no parnasiano cheese at a pizza place. My pizza was half cold, they only gave 1 side of bread for the amount of food we ordered not worth it.Over all better off at a mom and pop shop.
