DISGUSTED.... at around 7:40 pm on 12/13/23, I experienced something so nasty that I need to talk about it so no one else has to go through this. I came in to order a latte and while I was ordering, the guy at the register put his whole finger the side of mouth to scratch his teeth, then turned around and blew his nose, and then grabbed my cup to write the order. I called him out on it and he apologized. But still. that was gross.

Always run out of flap or blended drink before 6pm. Where is the rule and I want to see it in writing. So lazy or what. This is ridiculous. Horrific

We visited this location on 8/5/2023 around 4:00 PM and although there was only 1 employee handing everything by herself the service was still fast and very friendly and I commend her for being able to do such a great job.

I came here because I thought it might be less busy, ordered an Iced Matcha Latte & paid for it. The cashier didn't bat an eyelash then 10 mins later the barista calls my name to tell me they don't have Matcha anymore. She asked if I wanted an Iced Chai Latte instead, I said okay even though Matcha is more $$ than Chai. They didn't offer to upgrade the size or anything. They didn't even froth the nonfat milk so it was flat as could be. Not returning unfortunately.

They only had refreshers, and so I orderd the pink drink ;it was terrible. The drink tasted bitter and was severely watterd down. It was a waste of money and a terrible investment.

Waited 30 mins for a drink with only one person ahead of me. I went to get a couple of groceries and my order was still not ready. Apparently they make all the drinks at the same time and leave your drink unattended until all drinks are done to put a lid on them. Definitely will not be returning.

Went here for a pink drink with cold foam They said they didn't have matcha or cold foam. Matcha I get but cold foam??? Literally half & half. The girl who works here was all in a rush to get going too it's barely 7pm they close at 8pm & she was acting like I had gotten there 15 min before they close. I never come here bt it's the closest & didn't think the service would be that bad.

Poor selection here. Last time I came they had no mocha drinks available, only a few frappuchinos to choose from, and I guess they ran out of whatever coffee they put in the frappuchinos because they told me even the ones that normally come with coffee wouldn't have any. How does a starbucks run out of coffee?! So I asked if they could put an expresso shot in. They did but charged me extra. Doesn't seem fair to charge me extra considering I was just replacing the coffee content that they ran out of. The customer service in general are lackluster. They don't seem as knowledgeable of the drinks or too willing to help you get what you want.

Waited a long time to order, and there were only 6 people in front of me. 20 minutes later, there were still 2 people in front of me. Suffice to say, I left the queue because who knows how long it'll take to finally place my order and get my drink without being late for work.

The chick that works here with brown/black hair in the evening terrible ! she's so annoying with her attitude, literally gives attitude as soon as we got to the counter like if she hates people or whatever she should go dam home and not work ,is her job she should know how to talk to customers

if you don't mind waiting for a long time to get your order taken then waiting a long time to get your drinks then this starbucks is great. I recommend you order before your start shopping then your say a prayer and hope your drink is made before you finish shopping. I felt like I was at the dmv. People attitudes were okay but they seemed overworked which may be the problem. They seemed so overworked they seemed to not want to take my order. Thank you your time.

I went in today just to buy 3 of the hot coffee cup, not a drink just the cups. I waited in line for 15min then waited another 20min just for Samantha and the another girl working there to make the other customers drinks. Finally it’s my turn and I ask Samantha for the cups and she tells me that she can’t ring them up because she doesn’t have a barcode. I let her know I’ve been waiting patiently for over 35min just for these cups and you don’t have a barcode for the cups you have on display for sale? She said no and rolled her eyes. This really isn’t right, Starbucks makes so much money, and they can’t give there employers barcodes and on top of that Samantha was rude about it, rolling her eyes like it was my fault I didn’t have the barcodes.
