This Starbucks has the worst customer service, the lady working there is extremely rude. I got the breakfast burrito and it was cold in the middle. Don't come here.

The service at this Starbucks was terrible. My dad came in and ordered as hazelnut shaken espresso and they gave him 90% ice with no coffee. It's supposed to have 4 shots and it clearly did not . He came back the next day, not asking for a refund but just for it to be made correctly . They told him they could not give him less ice cause that's how it's made . I am a Starbucks barista and they could absolutely give him light ice on that drink so they were just being spiteful. He even said the room wouldn't been fine on top but they kept suggesting other drinks. AGAIN they were being spiteful as he witnessed them deny a girl water after she politely asked and LAUGHED at her when she left. She clearly was in need of some water and they were so rude to her even tho she was polite to them even after they denied her . Really inhumane. Again terrible service with horrible attitudes .

Apparently the drive-through staff does not know what a snack is. Said they don’t have any. We then park and what do we see… the entire row of snacks still available. Oh, and doors closed at 9:45pm when they close at 10:30pm today. Two thumbs down.

I haven't had any issues with starbucks. So far, I've had everyone be very friendly and great with my orders.
I drove to the Starbucks and arrived at 9:57pm and they were close. Hours online and on the door state they are open until 10:30pm. This is the second time I come here and same issue. They should update the hours of operation online and on the front door.

This starbucks closes at 10:30 this is the third I came this week around early 9 and they refused to serve me. Online it says that its still open but when i get there i see the starbucks workers inside and they have the drive through closed i knocked on the door and a worker pretending he couldnt see me while the others refused to let me in and nodded no even tho the store was still open.Next to the door was a sign that it closes at 10:30 as well which had me very confused.

They recently remodeled the Starbucks, and definitely I was expecting for something better in terms of an inside space, other than just expanding for the bar area to pick up drinks. Instead they took away the sitting area entirely. Not even a wet bar with stools while you're waiting for your drinks. It's clearly all about money and not the people standing waiting for their drinks. Profits over people, so sad. I feel bad for the workers who are always so busy that forget to be friendly!
