Experience at Subway is always good. I enjoy keeping it simple with the meatball or tuna sandwich. Service was good. Atmosphere was calm enough for a short meeting.Parking: Subway is located in a busy shopping center, there is lots of parking available.

This subway location is very clean, the food is always fresh and the staff is very nice! Really appreciate them opening at 7am on weekdays so I can grab food on the way to work! Thank you for providing a nice, clean and healthy place to eat!

One of the worst experiences I've had with Subway.First red flag there was only one person handling everything nobody else was working but one person.She seemed lost and confused, she made the sandwiches very mediocre with lots of Mayonnaise. There were hardly any pickles left and she didn't bother to get more from the back so I had just 3 pickles in my sandwich.She also tried to over charge me on two sandwiches. She rang my total to $39 for 2 foot longs and one 6" once I brought up the price she corrected it. She was overcharging me $6 dollars, I also asked for my receipt and she tried to throw it away.Definitely not a good experience. Will never be back to this location. Horrible!

This Subway was very clean. The food looked fresh. I'm very picky about how the sandwich is made so it doesn't get soggy. The girl who made it was very good at making it and friendly. This sandwich actually looked like one of the pictures! I was impressed! I will go back to this place!

Hours on the door say 7 am on Monday through Friday and the doors were locked at 7 am and the manager at the door gestured that they actually open at 8. The hours at the door should be updated because I was really counting on eating here before work and now I can't because the hours aren't accurate.Update: managers told me computer system was down so that's why they couldn't open. I understand that things happen so I changed my review, I'm just happy to have gotten something to eat.

Yesterday I received an email from (I am assuming a Manager) Subway - Rosalina Acosta. It was an apology email, but honestly, it seemed like it was a GENERIC apology email. This upset me even more. I would rather have NOT heard from anybody than get this insincere "apology" ***** But then, this morning, Jackie called me. She said she was the Team Leader for that store I visited. Jackie was excellent. She apologized and assured me that she would have a meeting with her employee and try to do better training on how to handle these types of situations. I thanked her for calling and making me feel better. I hope Subway recognizes and appreciates Jackie!! (I give Jackie 5 stars - not Subway).

I had the worst experience ever!!! the owner or whoever she was was so rude and the restaurant was dirty they had a mess. the bread was stale.The sandwich tasted bland. don't go here! terrible service.

I ordered a veggie patty sandwich through the app and confidently picked it up. I come home, and there is no veggie patty just a bunch of vegetables slapped messy onto the bread with a bunch of sauce. I go back to obviously complain because I didn't just pay for vegetables. I come out of my car with the bag and one of the two girls walks fast to the back. I go in and tell them and the other girl says "oh my god! I thought it was a veggie delight. I can give you the veggie patties". I was expecting a new sandwich but this kid just wrapped my veggie Patties in paper. Never ordering from here again.

The little girls working here bit closing during the week are very rude. Impolite rude and lethargic. Not sure if they don't get treated right by management , are stressed with school or underpaid. Regardless it's no excuse for bad service. Never had anyone prepare me a sandwich so mad at the world and bad. All the condiments in the middle and messy. Mistake walking in here.

If I was able too, I would leave you guys no stars. Subway staff and personnel need to improve at this specific location. I am very disappointed with the service I've received here. This is not the first time. One time you messed up my order and this time you messed up on my Mom and brothers order. Therefore, this is 3 orders you have messed up on. Improvement and order needs to be made. If this ever occurs again, I will talk to your regional manager.

Morning crew is always nice and quick. The kid with the pony tail is an idiot but he's nice. Night crew always looks tired and they're very rude. Very slow customer service as many times I've been here there's been stacks of people waiting.

How hard is it to put meat on bread!? Ordered an Italian BMT. I should've watched them as they put together my sandwich. Instead, stepped away to get a bag of chips. When I got home, SURPRISE! NO MEAT. Called them back and spoke with Alyssa, who's supposedly in charge for the day. Even though she's nice on the phone, Alyssa can't make a decision to correct their error. She has to wait to speak to the manager Angelo, who she says she's only seen once or twice -ever!!! How is this place being run? I expect to get what I paid for and not be cheated when they know they made a mistake. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Bad business ethics and horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor: go to a different subway or drive a few blocks down Beverly and go to Jersey Mike's!!
