No point in ordering through the app at times. An order placed ahead of time that was supposed to be ready for pickup was just barely started when getting into the establishment. Just blaming “the system” doesn’t cut it. Middle order was mine and had a minute on it as I walked in.

This habit is always chill. There is never a line and the service is excellent. The food is always good and tasty.
I live 4-5 blocks from restaurant, through ubereats food gets here under 10mins and Food is cold, not even warm. Leads me to believe they are pre-cooking/preparing hamburgers/onion rings. Last time I order from here.

Order from this location often via UberEats. Food is standard, good burgers. But they NEVER give you condiments when ordering delivery, even when specifically requesting them. It really affects how much you can enjoy your meal even if the food is good. I don't think I'll be ordering from them any more. This has happened at least the last 5 or 6 times I've ordered. It's a shame to lose a good customer over a dimes worth of ketchup and ranch.
