Seriously the workes here look so miserable no smile just with a poker face. The man making the pretzels is very slow and looks like he hates his job. They didn't have any!! Regular pretzels and we were told we had to wait 20mins because they make them to order. I spent almost $30 on 2 pretzels and 2 cheese sides. Only for the food to be cold I won't spending my money here anymore I'll just head over to Annie's!!!!!

I was ordering when all I hear is a girl in glasses complain on how she dosent want to be there no more and how people were annoying her right in front of me. I found this very unprofessional and ou guys shouldn't hire girls who are just going to complain the whole time.Not only was she complaining loudly but while getting our drinks she left them there and then went to the back with some tall guy and made me wait another couple of minutes this is a very unprofessional worker and shouldn't be working if they are just going to fool around

Do not support this location. The higher-ups do not give the staff their tips! I purchased food & drinks and paid with my card, when I attempted to tip, the staff member ringing me up stopped me & told me to save my money because they don't ever get those tips. I'm thankful for this person for letting me know to save my money but truly heartbroken over this unfair treatment. The staff are always super nice and deserve their tips. DO NOT tip with your debit/credit cards. If you would like to leave a tip, leave it in cash.

We were attended by Sydney and I’m very disappointed. Food handling should be on the top list of your training. Another employee was mopping the floor as Sydney dropped the bag in which she was putting our order in. She picked it up and put our items in there. Just before that, she picked something up from the floor, grabbed a broom and swept something she dropped and didn’t wash her hands to bag our items up. These kids are young and need better training on how to work and groom their hair when working with food.

Very disappointed with this location . Went with my daughter to buy the the little hotdog bites. First of all its an expensive item to buy and the fact that it was raw dough and my 8 yr old daughter thought it was cheese until I saw it was raw dough. I am disgusted and disappointed that they are serving items like that. Its a waist of my money.
