Bree’osh is a delightful French bakery and breakfast spot in the heart of Montecito. It’s extremely efficient and the amount of pastries coming out of this place seems endless. That being said, they will run out of the best stuff if you don’t get there on time. Their breakfast sandwiches are a highlight and it’s a shame they do not have more gluten free options on the menu because I’m sure they would be incredible. They obviously have a ton of skill when it comes to pastries, their coffee and teas leave a little bit to be desired, but still are an excellent treat to go with your croissant.

Delicious baked goods and very friendly staff! Great place to grab a coffee and croissant and enjoy the day!

Totally appreciate restaurants that focus on doing a handful of things really well as opposed to having a dictionary like menu. Bree'osh appears to be one of those places. Comfortable saying this because a friend and I had things off their menu and I liked them all. Parking. If you know the area, then you'll know that if it's busy, which when my friend and I went, wasn't. Street parking. Almost in front. I saw a few lots but I don't know if their free or not. Nor what the restrictions are, if any. It's not really a restaurant in the terms of being seated and be served. Service is still excellent but know that you'll walk in, order then either take it to go, or find outdoor seating. We sat indoors, Counter. Staff was friendly and keeping busy as business was steady from the time we came, and when we left. We split a Brioche Breakfast Sandwich. And I'll say that after I took the first bite, the mix of ingredients just worked for me. And it shocked the hell out of me that I enjoyed it so much not having meat in it. Eggs, cheese, caramelized onions, arugula and their special sauce. We both enjoyed it to the point we plan on coming back but getting a whole sandwich each. We're both piggies like that. This is another place I will be back to either when passing thru the area, or on another weekend getaway.

**February 2024: Sunday Morning Visit** You know a restaurant knows what they're doing when they have a simple item that just tastes bomb. My friend and I love brioche bread and when I saw that this bakery had a brioche sando ($12.50) I was very curious to see how it would fair. My friend and I split everything, but lets just say when I took my first bite I didn't' want to share. First off - I loved everything in the sandwich. Arugula, caramelized onions, soft scrambled eggs, and the bread was buttery, soft and had a nice bounce to it. I would 100% get this again and enjoy the entire order. Two thumbs up!

Great spot for both sweet and savory baked bites. I got the croissants both chocolate and savory. They were buttery and not too sweet or heavy. Overall, perfect as grab n go options

We stopped in Montecito today on our way home from Santa Barbara. Service patio. We will definitely stop by again on our next trip up north.

Absolutely delicious and the service was great! A little pretentious but altogether nice

We took a croissant and a chocolatine (chocolate croissant) to go with a French baguette and 2 coffees. The pastries, bread and coffee were all delicious. Exactly what you’d expect from a good bakery in France (except the price, but we’re in California not France ;) so the prices are standard for the area. I’d say it is a good quality/price ratio)

The food was quite good. Pricey though - $11 for 2 eggs and toast. The restaurant does not have indoor seating and only offers outdoor seating. They do not have a restroom and cannot tell you where you can find a nearby restroom. The staff were nice and friendly. I don't think I'd go out of my way to return but if friends wanted to eat here then I wouldn't veto.

Cute small business. We share a grilled cheese, an Artichoke goat cheese brioche, and a Tomato Soup. The food was tasty, however, my expectations were high My friend insisted on stopping there for lunch on our way from LA to Paso Robles, and she talked it up. I was not that impressed. Oh I forgot, I had a cherry chocolate chip cookie that was to die for!!! Super yummy. The service left much to be desired

Good, but i thought it was a bit pricey for what it was. A lot of it just felt like fancy avacado toast. That being said, I did enjoy almost everything I had, although I thought the breakfast sandwich was a little one-dimensional. I would probably go back for the loaded tartine though!
