My friend got me an earl grey tea and I absolutely love it. I was never really a big tea drinker , I would prefer coffee over tea but this one from art of tea replaced my usual cup of coffee in the mornings.

Terrible customer service. You cannot speak to a person on the phone, you get the message to email instead and then they hang up on you. When I emailed I got a generic response that did not answer my question. Bottom line it has been 10 days and they still haven’t shipped my tea which was meant as a Christmas present. I tried to cancel the order but no one will respond to my request. This company has gone downhill.

Rude customers service I went to sign up for the sponsorship and you turn me down for no reason and reject my application I will be calling your corporate office or headquarters office and file a investigation complaint as a discrimination I will take my business elsewhere and I hope you're the next people to go out of business. If I were you I would not do business with them they got a snotty attitude you guys deserve 0 stars bunch of greedy haters.

I ordered a matcha Infuser and unfortunately it came broken. I called customer service today and they replaced it right away. It’s on the way now. As far as the tea that I ordered I got Earl Grey cream and sleep so I don’t know about the sleep to yet, but the earl grey cream is amazing and I cannot say enough about Art of Tea‘s customer service so happy I found them. Update: My new infuser arrived today with some extras and a very nice card from the art of tea team. I was on the fence about becoming a tea drinker but art of tea customer service went above and beyond. Y’all got a customer for life now.

Great quality of tea's. Only complaint that I have is that they are pretty slow with shipping, considering that I live not that far off them.

This comment is about the customer service . I called them because their current promo code wasn’t working for me. I was informed that the site wide code wouldn’t fit for subscriptions snd I should have read the terms (small print) in the promo email.

THIS IS NOT A WALK-IN STORE. Shop online only as I understand it. That being said, I love Art of Tea! High quality, great selection, and very delicious teas. I’ve been ordering from them for 2 years now and have not been disappointed ever. Earl grey creme is my favorite, but we always get another few flavors with our orders and they’re all great.

After tasting Art of Tea's Earl Grey Creme and enjoying it, we sent a sampler to a relative who liked all the teas very much. We just purchased 3 more tea and love them. Plus, the service is great.

Due to countless allergies I am only able to drink white teas....many I have tried are weak in flavor. I recently was at a local bakery FARM 23 in Boothbay Maine and ordered a hot coconut tea...... the tea was your COCONUT CREME ....it was hands down the best tea I have ever had, so smooth, enticing coconut flavor, hint of sweetness....2 days later I was still thinking about how good the tea was and messaged the Bakery to find out what tea it was and they kindly let me know it was by ART OF TEA and called coconut creme.....HOOKED

Had the pleasure of trying their Coconut Creme tea while in Las Vegas and fell in love with tea all over again. I then went for the Earl Grey Creme and made that my drink of choice for the next week. I bought a different brand when I got home only to find out it doesnt taste the same. Art of Tea is by far a superior tea!
