They don't call out order numbers when the sandwiches are done. They just gave my order to a guy who ordered after me but just happened to stand right in front of the counter without checking his order number.He took over and touched my sandwiches many times before returning them back cuz he figured out they weren't the ones he ordered.When I asked the employee if they were for my order, she couldn't speak a word of English...not even being able to say numbers!!!When I asked the employees to please call out the order numbers so it won't happen again, they looked bothered instead of acknowledging to what I was trying to say.

This BMC Pho Banh Mi Che Cali is located on Garvey, on the corner with its own parking lot. I stopped by this location with my husband this past Saturday, around 11:10 am, for an early light lunch. We walked in to a short line at the register. When we finally made our way to the register, we ended up purchasing: Banh Cuon/ Uot, $6.50- Love rice rolls and always like to purchase these if they are available. These rice rolls were already made and on the table. While we were eating these, we saw one employees behind the counter assembling the rice rolls. We shared this and thought it was good, that was a good amount for the two of us. Goi Cuon, $6- This shrimp and pork spring roll came with 3 and a side of peanut sauce. We both liked these spring rolls. Pandan Jello Squares, $3- These pandan jello squares are not sweetened but comes with a side of a coconut sauce that you are supposed to dip in. I have never had this type of dessert before but it was good. The amount of jello squares are quite a lot and definitely good to share with 2 or 3 other people. We both really liked this. --------------------------- (Total= $15.50) As a light lunch, this was great to fill us up and is very affordable. This is a big reason why I really like this chain. Food is cheap and very tasty. Service is fairly fast and there is such a large variety of items you could choose from. If the premade meals on the counter and tables are not something you want, you can also order any of their noodle and rice dishes on the menu or one of their banh mi or beverages.

After I finish my shift, I like to get something to eat after work. I found this spot because it opens exactly the same time I'm out.I'll cut to the chase with my rating.The Lady behind the counter with the heavy eye shadow seems to not want to serve me.In total, I probably visited this place 5 times.And every time I'm waiting to pay for my items, I waited and waited until the lady feels like it was time to ring me up. The waiting time was unreasonable seeing others before me had their transaction go smoothly and quickly.There are times she went to the next customer behind me and wanted to serve them! The customers had to mention I was here first.So, I stopped going there.The employees are extremely quiet when preparing the products mind you. As if they weren't allowed to talk.It would be unfortunate if she owns the place, as she has no clear idea on how to socialize to paying customers.

Vietnamese rice noodle restaurant. They sold bread and sandwiches, but the bathroom was so dirty and the restaurant was so dirty and smelly that I couldn't eat there. I wish they would pay more attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The table was also very dirty. The staff are also very unfriendly.

I ordered 2 Vietnamese noodles and 2 Vietnamese coffee agrolls through Uber Eats. I paid extra to include silanto in my order, but they didn't send it, I only got the money. I asked them not to send it because they didn't like mint flavor, but they didn't give me any. The staff here doesn't care about the customer's order. They didn't send the silanto for the money, they ignored it. The staff here are unfriendly. I won't be looking for a restaurant here again. Make sure to order and check the receipt!!!

Instead of her asking me of I wanted cream and/or sugar, she added cream and sugar on her own. When I told her I just wanted it black, I got the foreigner in the US attitude.

I frequent this BMC che cali the most.Good service and private lot in the back of the restaurant makes it very convenient.Always get the buy 2 get 1 banh mis when i come here. Can't beat that deal!

I asked to make it not too sweet and they said they can make it more black, and it was just about right for me. The baguette was good, and the meat and the veggies were fresh and tasty. I've tried couple of different Banhmi places in the SGV and MP area, and this one is at par with them. There are plenty of places to sit, and various to go snacks and drinks are on display. I was hungry so I didn't get to take a picture, but imagine any good looking and tasty Banhmi and that is what you are going to get, at a decent price. I would definitely come back and try other things in the menu.

I come here quite often and stuff is pretty affordable and taste amazing. I get the eggrolls usually and get 2 drinks (2 Drinks for 6$!! in some other places would be probably be 9-10$). I also love the spring rolls with pork too. The place is quite pretty too but I haven't ate there yet though.

The food is good, and the prices are great, but the to-go containers I've been served are often dirty. The most recent time I went in they gave me the wrong order and wouldn't even remake what I ordered. I even told them that, when they put the food on the table that I ordered the pork pho with eggroll, and they gave me some chicken pho. Argued with the lady who handed it to me and she wouldn't do anything to replace it. The chicken pho dish wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I ordered.
